Casa cuatro (Itapema, Santa Catarina, Brasil) por Arquitectos Diego Jobell y Simara Deola Mello. Residencia ubicada en Itapema, estado de Santa Catarina en el sur del Brasil. Inserta dentro de un barrio cerrado a orillas del mar, rodeada de una gran vegetación y grandes rocas, propias de la topografía del lugar, mezcla de montañas y morros en donde las lluvias tropicales aparecen llegando la noche, levantando la humedad de forma tangible para luego convertirse en nubes una y otra vez.
El clima húmedo y el sol rabioso durante el día, hacen del lugar un paraíso natural en donde se respira el salitre del mar con su aroma tan particular.
Dentro de este marco, emerge la Casa cuatro, blanca, de líneas puras contrastando con el verde invasivo, salvaje, pero prolijo de la naturaleza de Itapema.
Vivienda desarrollada en tres niveles, debido a su inserción en barranca, ingresando por su planta media en donde se desarrolla un sector privado/social a modo de distribuidor, de allí se puede acceder al sector público en planta baja, o a la privada exclusiva en planta alta.
Desde cualquier punto de la casa, el mar es un ambiente más, ya que todos sus espacios están en relación directa con el turquesa del océano y el dorado de sus playas.
Proyecto que no suele darse a diario, lo demás no importa, solo vivirla.

Residence located in Itapema, state of Santa Catarina in southern Brazil.
Inserted within a closed neighborhood on the seafront, surrounded by a large vegetation and large rocks, typical of the topography of the place, a mixture of mountains and hills where tropical rains appear at night, raising the humidity in a tangible way and then become clouds again and again.
The humid climate and the raging sun during the day, make the place a natural paradise where the saltpeter of the sea breathes with its unique aroma.
Within this framework, the house four emerges, white, with pure lines contrasting with the invasive, wild, but neat green of the nature of Itapema.
Housing developed on three levels, due to its insertion into a ravine, entering through its middle floor where a private / social sector develops as a distributor, from there you can access the public sector on the ground floor, or the exclusive private floor high.
From any point of the house, the sea is one more environment, since all its spaces are in direct relation with the turquoise of the ocean and the golden of its beaches.
Project that does not usually occur on a daily basis, the rest does not matter, just live it.
