El proyecto se desarrolla bajo la premisa del cafe como contenedor de historias. El mismo esta ubicado en la costa de Qingdao, provincia de Shandong, y pretende ser un lugar abierto y accesible tanto para los ocasionales turistas como para los habitantes del lugar.<\/p>\n<div La planta primera funciona como una extension de la terraza exterior con una gran superficie comun, una amplia y pesada mesa de madera, barra, area de servicios y caja.<\/p>\n<p>Otro sector de asientos con mesas y sillas para dos personas se ubica bajo el entrepiso. Una imponente escalera metalica de color negro suspendida conduce hacia el entrepiso, en sentido perpendicular al acceso.<\/p>\n<p>El lenguaje del dise\u00f1o esta basado en el uso de un rango limitado de materiales: las barandas del entrepiso tambien son metalicas de color negro como la escalera, al igual que las estanterias ubicadas detras de la barra.<\/p>\n<p>Muros y pisos de cemento proporcionan los principales elementos de la planta primera, mientras que el entrepiso luce pisos de madera.<\/p>\n<p>El mobiliario fue seleccionado para generar un contraste con el acero y el concreto, con confortables sillas y sofas tapizados con diversos textiles junto con una iluminacion calida.<\/p>\n<p>La cafeteria fue pensada para albergar desde mesas para una persona hasta grupos de ocho, desde encuentros de negocios hasta reuniones de amigos, brindando una versatilidad y sentido de lugar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ficha tecnica<\/strong><br \/>\nNombre: BeanBar Caf\u00e9<br \/>\nUbicacion: Qingdao, China<br \/>\nProyectista: Latitude Studio<br \/>\nJefe de proyecto: Manuel N. It provides a space to share, and sell, a moment to complete our day. In this way, caf\u00e9s are part of the modern city but also represent what they are replacing: our own home.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>BeanBar Caf\u00e9 is located on the seaside of Qingdao, Shandong province. This 200-square-meter caf\u00e9 aims to be open and accessible to both the one-day-tourist and the Qingdao resident.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The space is organized into two levels. The first floor works as an extension of the outside terrace with a large common area, a hefty wooden table besides the service area, and a cashier. A second seating area in the first floor is under the mezzanine, with tables and chairs for two, ideal for dates. A black steel staircase leads up to the mezzanine, which looks out onto the street and the extra-large caf\u00e9 entrance.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The design language is based on a limited range of materials: black steel forms the handrail of the second floor mezzanine as well as the staircase, and creates a shelf behind the cashier.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Concrete walls and flooring provide the main elements in the first floor, while the mezzanine enjoys wooden floors. The furniture is selected to contrast with the steel and concrete, with comfortable fabric chairs and sofas along with warm lighting.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The caf\u00e9 is designed to hold tables for one to groups of eight, from business meetings to parties, giving a versatile feeling and a sense of place.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px; line-height: 0px; margin: 0;
