La vivienda del arquitecto Santiago Parram\u00f3n se caracteriza por su emplazamiento en un terreno con fuerte pendiente y con un riachuelo que lo atraviesa. Una orograf\u00eda ligeramente accidentada, el terreno rocoso y la preservaci\u00f3n de la mayor\u00eda de los \u00e1rboles fueron las pautas de proyecto.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery m\u00ednimamente el solar liberando el paso del riachuelo para que atravesara libremente el terreno, justo por debajo de la vivienda, y de esta forma dejara o\u00edr el sonido del agua en su transcurrir, el olor que desprende la vegetaci\u00f3n, las texturas. Todo esto sumaba a la vertiente emocional que el arquitecto pretendi\u00f3 que tuviera el proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente se opt\u00f3 por dejar el solar intacto y apoyar un objeto, un gran volumen que descansa en una m\u00ednima superficie de apoyo. La vivienda tan solo toma contacto con el terreno a trav\u00e9s de un n\u00facleo central de peque\u00f1as dimensiones. La acotaci\u00f3n de la cimentaci\u00f3n fue una labor arqueol\u00f3gica sobre la que se act\u00fao como aut\u00e9nticos cirujanos para minimizar el impacto a la superficie rocosa.<\/p>\n<p>El n\u00facleo central incorpora en su interior una escalera que se prolonga hasta la cubierta, donde dos grandes j\u00e1cenas se lanzan hacia los extremos del edificio. Los forjados de las plantas inferiores se apoyan en ese n\u00facleo central y se lanzan a encontrar los tirantes que cuelgan desde las j\u00e1cenas de cubierta. La casa est\u00e1 colgada.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo fue que el proyecto se entendiera como un objeto unitario, es por ello que todo el programa y la interacci\u00f3n de este con el exterior se producen en su interior. Se trata de crear espacio dentro de un objeto, un objeto \u00abtallado\u00bb al que se le hizo una serie de penetraciones que cruzan vertical, horizontal y transversalmente y que, a modo de t\u00faneles de mina, nos comunican con el exterior. Esos t\u00faneles est\u00e1n completamente revestidos, tanto suelos, como techos y paredes, de cuarcita celeste.<\/p>\n<p>El interior y el exterior de la vivienda son de color blanco y todas y cada una de las interacciones que se producen entre el espacio interior y el exterior se resuelven con el mismo material: la cuarcita celeste, ya que por sus caracter\u00edsticas proporciona un suave reflejo que permite que la naturaleza entre en el interior. Tan solo blanco y celeste: cuerpo y perforaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El color claro exterior busca un pretendido contraste del objeto con la vegetaci\u00f3n. Cuando esta y el arbolado vayan creciendo con el paso de los a\u00f1os se podr\u00e1 alcanzar el \u00faltimo objetivo del arquitecto, descubrir la vivienda oculta tras los \u00e1rboles.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de una vivienda-estudio. El programa est\u00e1 dispuesto en tres niveles.
