Tres intervenciones constituyen la propuesta:<\/p>\n<p>1. <strong>Marinadour<\/strong>. Denso conjunto de viviendas sobre un p\u00f3dium comercial y de aparcamientos.<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>El Parque <\/strong>generado reorganizando la circulaci\u00f3n y segregando los flujos rodados superiores de los peatonales con presencia masiva de la vegetaci\u00f3n entre los caminos de los viandantes.<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>Rivadour<\/strong>. Bloque urbano continuo que sigue al r\u00edo y luego se quiebra hasta la ciudad. Mateo Arquitectura\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Las tres intervenciones plantean tres temas independientes y complementarios:<\/p>\n<p>En <strong>1<\/strong> (ver imagen a\u00e9rea), <strong>Marinadour<\/strong>, es el volumen protagonista. C\u00f3mo esculpirlo y vaciarlo.<\/p>\n<p>El complejo Marinadour, supone organizar una apreciable densidad urbana y un programa mixto: aparcamiento y centro comercial formando el z\u00f3calo y viviendas sobre la gran plataforma que \u00e9ste crea.<\/p>\n<p>El volumen es complejo. Grandes patios jard\u00edn producen vac\u00edos en la masa construida permitiendo iluminaci\u00f3n y ventilaci\u00f3n a su interior.<\/p>\n<p>El per\u00edmetro se adec\u00faa a sus condiciones espaciales y contextuales:<\/p>\n<p>Las fachadas Sur y Este, las m\u00e1s expuestas al tr\u00e1fico, se protegen del ruido con una doble capa de vidrio que construye una terraza invernadero de gran calidad energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p>Su cornisa inclinada introduce dinamismo a la masa edificada, acompa\u00f1ando al tr\u00e1fico rodado tangencial al edificio.<\/p>\n<p>Hacia el Oeste el volumen se descompone y sus envolventes son met\u00e1licas, reflectantes: debemos dejar entrar luz y aire al patio.<\/p>\n<p>Hacia el r\u00edo (Norte), la horizontal de las terrazas sigue la geometr\u00eda del agua.<\/p>\n<p>En <strong>2<\/strong> (ver imagen a\u00e9rea), en el <strong>Parque<\/strong>, es el suelo, la tierra protagonista. Vegetaci\u00f3n, transparencia, espacio p\u00fablico, conectividad peatonal.<\/p>\n<p>Reorganizaci\u00f3n de la circulaci\u00f3n alrededor de la entrada del puente Henri Grenet, construyendo un viaducto para permitir el paso inferior peatonal y transformar la zona en un espacio urbano y no s\u00f3lo automovil\u00edstico. Presencia masiva de la vegetaci\u00f3n como fondo de la escena.<\/p>\n<p>En <strong>3<\/strong> (ver imagen a\u00e9rea), <strong>Rivadour<\/strong>, es una l\u00ednea la que debemos construir.<\/p>\n<p>El complejo Rivadour, cierra el espacio urbano, es un bloque continuo que sigue el r\u00edo y luego se quiebra hasta la ciudad. En su final, se levanta en altura y aloja en su interior un hotel.<\/p>\n<p>Esta l\u00ednea continua forma el l\u00edmite entre el parque-acceso al puente y tambi\u00e9n dialoga en su parte posterior con el conjunto urbano, de menor escala, existente.
