El proyecto consiste en el dise\u00f1o de interiores de un departamento de 111,70 m2, donde el elemento rector del proyecto es un manto de madera que se extiende a lo largo y ancho del departamento, conteniendo el espacio central (cama\/comedor\/cocina\/estancia), y que a su vez se extiende hacia el exterior del mismo, generando una terraza al aire libre.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery texturas.<\/p>\n<p>Se trabaj\u00f3 cuidadosamente en la selecci\u00f3n del tipo de madera (teka asi\u00e1tica), en el posicionamiento de cada tabl\u00f3n, en el intercalado de la madera con una serie de canaletas de aluminio, creando as\u00ed un elemento que genera continuidad, acogimiento y protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El programa incluye el espacio central, zona de closets, ba\u00f1o principal, ba\u00f1o de visitas, zona de servicio y una terraza al aire libre de 29 m2, que acomoda un comedor, una jardinera con bugambilias y un espejo de agua con una maceta de acero que recibe una design of a 1,202.32 sq\/ft apartment, where the main element is a wooden mantle that extends itself throughout the apartment hosting the main space (bed, dining room, kitchen, and living room) continuing out to the exterior, thus creating an open air terrace.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This mantle is inspired in the traditional \u00abrebozo\u00bb (women&#8217;s hand woven wraps) with their sheltering character and the sensuality of their textures.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Therefore, this mantle was carefully worked on, from the selection of the chosen wood (asian teak), to the directionality of the wooden boards, and their interaction with small aluminum sections, thus creating an element that offers continuity, warmth and protection.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The architectural program includes the main space, a closet area, main bathroom, guest bathroom, a service area, and a 312.15 sq\/ft terrace with enough space to host a dining area, a flower pot with bugambilia flowers, and a water
