familia.<\/p>\n<p>Las vistas infinitas sobre el mar ser\u00e1n la premisa b\u00e1sica del proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>La necesidad de abrir la casa al paisaje, aprovechando las caracter\u00edsticas del lugar, conlleva la disgregaci\u00f3n de los vol\u00famenes, huyendo de la masificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La edificaci\u00f3n se plantea como un conjunto de entidades aut\u00f3nomas: pabellones independientes situados uno junto al otro a lo largo del eje del acantilado, manteniendo cada uno su propia intimidad e independencia.<\/p>\n<p>Las \u00e1reas comunes act\u00faan como espacios de conexi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, en la zona m\u00e1s privilegiada de la parcela se dispone un pabell\u00f3n de \u00abescritura\u00bb, que permite la total disgregaci\u00f3n del resto del conjunto, independent entities: independent pavilions placed, one next to the other, along the axis of the cliff, each one of it keeping its own privacy and independence.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The common areas work as connection spaces.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Finally, a writing pavilion is set out in the privileged area of the plot, which allows the complete disintegration of the rest of the group providing
