A la hora de comenzar un proyecto es de suma importancia ver el estado general de la obra, realizar un listado de necesidades y gustos del cliente, y por \u00faltimo, lograr captar la idea que el cliente tiene en su cabeza y no siempre logra expresar en palabras. Por eso el trabajo de un dise\u00f1ador no es solo la imaginaci\u00f3n aplicada al espacio sino la psicolog\u00eda para entender el deseo del cliente y llevarlo a cabo en todos los detalles. (planta alta)\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>En nuestra primera visita a la obra, una remodelaci\u00f3n de un PH en el barrio de Mataderos, nos encontramos con un espacio oscuro y con diferentes situaciones ya planteadas e inamovibles, y muchas otras que fueron adaptadas para lograr el mayor funcionamiento de cada espacio, dando armon\u00eda en el dise\u00f1o. Conservando en muchos casos la estructura original de la casa, el dise\u00f1o fue tomando forma sin dejar nunca de lado la funcionalidad.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEn dise\u00f1o nada es obvio\u00bb, mucho menos la distribuci\u00f3n, por eso en este PH de 200 m2 cubiertos, se logr\u00f3 mediante el dise\u00f1o, aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo los espacios, logrando ambientes modernos, amplios y funcionales para esta familia tipo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Propuesta planta baja<\/strong><br \/>\nPensar la PB para compartir en familia fue una de las pautas resaltadas por esta joven familia con 2 ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os a los que no quieren perder de vista.<\/p>\n<p>En planta baja encontraremos las \u00e1reas comunes de la casa con colores de base como el blanco, negro y gris, lo que da flexibilidad al cliente a cambiar el espacio constantemente con detalles de color.<\/p>\n<p>Acentuar las proporciones mediante el dise\u00f1o fue primordial a la hora de pensar el proyecto. Resaltar al m\u00e1ximo el largo del espacio ayud\u00f3 a que esa idea de PH cerrado y oscuro cambiase por completo.<\/p>\n<p>Una circulaci\u00f3n prolija y lineal, acentuada por una raja negra que une la PB, nos deja a su paso diferentes situaciones.<\/p>\n<p>El living, compuesto por un sill\u00f3n esquinero sobre una alfombra y acompa\u00f1ado por un sill\u00f3n de dise\u00f1o color rojo, enmarcan el espacio de relax situado al frente de la planta.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n un comedor de l\u00edneas simples conectado con la cocina de manera inmediata, cierran las funciones primarias de este lugar, las sociales.<\/p>\n<p>En la cocina muebles a medida laqueados en color blanco y negro y una mesada de Silestone hacen que el dise\u00f1o se integre a la perfecci\u00f3n con el resto del espacio.<\/p>\n<p>Una pared pensada para los artefactos como heladera, microondas, horno, cafetera, entre otros, hacen que la cocina sea libre y organizada, algo super necesario para lograr orden en cualquier espacio unificado.<\/p>\n<p>En el exterior un quincho y una pileta completan el espacio por completo, ganando una hermosa vista desde el interior.<\/p>\n<p>Un toilette de peque\u00f1as dimensiones, pero no por eso menos pensado, tambi\u00e9n acompa\u00f1a el dise\u00f1o de la planta baja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Propuesta planta alta<\/strong><br \/>\nAl llegar a la planta alta, el \u00e1rea privada de la familia, nos encontramos con el dise\u00f1o colorido en las habitaciones y el ba\u00f1o de los ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>La habitaci\u00f3n de Felipe, el m\u00e1s chiquito de la familia, mantuvo una tem\u00e1tica espacial. C\u00edrculos iluminados que nos retrotraen a las ventanas de una nave por la que nos miran divertidos extraterrestres, hacen de esta habitaci\u00f3n el centro de atenci\u00f3n llegada la noche.<\/p>\n<p>Sin dejar de lado el dise\u00f1o, esta habitaci\u00f3n cuenta con un catre para futuras visitas de amigos, cubos m\u00f3viles que aportan al orden de la habitaci\u00f3n y una mesa de dibujo sobre una alfombra de dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>La habitaci\u00f3n de Ignacio, el mayor de los hermanos, mantuvo una tem\u00e1tica basada en los comics, ya que los superh\u00e9roes son sus dibujos preferidos.<\/p>\n<p>Una cinta gris, que act\u00faa como marco de historieta, enmarca el sector de la cama y su catre con una pared en amarillo vibrante que se resalta con un efecto de iluminaci\u00f3n y unas corp\u00f3reas que nos trasladan a las p\u00e1ginas de los comics.<\/p>\n<p>En este caso se plante\u00f3 un escritorio suspendido para la compu y una alfombra con un mega puff ideal para compartir un momento con amigos o simplemente leer en el cuarto.<\/p>\n<p>Lo positivo de dise\u00f1ar el interior desde la obra es que podemos generar efectos con Durlock en paredes y cielorrasos, generando con luces lugares divertidos o c\u00e1lidos seg\u00fan el dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Para el ba\u00f1o de los chicos se opt\u00f3 por un patr\u00f3n en venecitas degradado que va desde los azules en el piso hasta el blanco en la pared.<\/p>\n<p>En el anteba\u00f1o encontramos un mueble con cajones en laca blanca, una mesada de silestone blanco y una bacha de apoyo en color turquesa. El espejo de c\u00edrculos con marco turquesa da un toque divertido en el lugar.<\/p>\n<p>Una peque\u00f1a escalerita se esconde bajo el mueble para que Felipe, el m\u00e1s chiquito, llegue al lavatorio solo.<\/p>\n<p>El Playroom es un espacio de colores neutros y l\u00edneas simples. Lugar de guardado y dos mega puff coloridos completan el lugar preferido de los hombres de la familia, donde la TV y la Play son prioridad.<\/p>\n<p>La suite es quiz\u00e1s el lugar m\u00e1s c\u00e1lido de la casa donde descansar es lo primordial. Con una est\u00e9tica moderna, de l\u00edneas rectas pero donde la calidez en la elecci\u00f3n de los materiales se hace presente.<\/p>\n<p>Delimitando el espacio de la cama, se opt\u00f3 por un porcelanato simil madera que comienza en el piso y trepa en la cabecera donde remata una garganta de iluminaci\u00f3n, buscando acentuar a\u00fan m\u00e1s la textura del revestimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Dos l\u00e1mparas esf\u00e9ricas, suspendidas sobre las mesas de luz hacen que no se pierda lugar de apoyo.<\/p>\n<p>En un ambiente \u00fanico, nos encontramos con la cama y el hidromasajes, que a pedido del cliente, qued\u00f3 integrado en la habitaci\u00f3n.
