Arquitectos (corte)\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Torre Galata est\u00e1 planteada como el primer edificio de oficinas de la ciudad y su construcci\u00f3n fue pensada para que su huella fuera la menor posible en el medio ambiente. Por eso, como premisa de dise\u00f1o, se aplican diversos puntos clave para su construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el dise\u00f1o de la torre, a trav\u00e9s de su funcionalidad de planta libre para el uso multifuncional y din\u00e1mico del usuario, a la construcci\u00f3n del mismo por medio de materiales de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n y un correcto estudio de la aplicaci\u00f3n del mismo.<\/p>\n<p>La idea de partido del proyecto surge a fin de brindarle una respuesta a todas las empresas y profesionales j\u00f3venes de la ciudad que intentan llegar a su espacio de trabajo sin la necesidad de una trascendental inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La torre cuenta con un total de 4150 m2 y se compone de 56 oficinas con sus respectivas kitchenettes, 27 ba\u00f1os zonificados, sala de conferencias con capacidad para 50 personas, dos ascensores de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n, tres locales comerciales y con servicios de wifi corporativo, seguridad digital, calefacci\u00f3n central con colectores solares combinados con calderas el\u00e9ctricas, sistema contra incendios por v\u00eda columna seca, carpinter\u00edas de aluminio de alta prestaci\u00f3n y muro cortina con control solar y DVH, luminotecnia de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n con sistemas LED.<\/p>\n<p>El emprendimiento posee una fuerte vinculaci\u00f3n con el entorno debido a su acercamiento con el centro comercial e institucional de la ciudad y su emplazamiento a s\u00f3lo 5 minutos de la autopista C\u00f3rdoba-Rosario, potenciando as\u00ed las actividades del usuario.<\/p>\n<p>Este edificio promete enaltecer el desarrollo est\u00e9tico y comercial de la zona, con el objetivo de convertirse en uno de los hitos arquitect\u00f3nicos de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ficha t\u00e9cnica<\/strong><br \/>\nNombre: Torre G\u00e1lata<br \/>\nUbicaci\u00f3n: Bv.
