La vivienda fue dise\u00f1ada para una pareja con hijos adolescentes de relaciones anteriores. El deseo del cliente fue construir una casa que facilitara recibir a estas dos familias. propio acceso, sala de estar, ba\u00f1o, toilette y dormitorios. La entrada principal y una espaciosa cocina estan dispuestos como espacios en com\u00fan y pensados como el coraz\u00f3n de la Villa Montfoort.<\/p>\n<p>La composici\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica y la materializaci\u00f3n del proyecto destacan la disposici\u00f3n de la planta. La entrada est\u00e1 materializada con elementos de hormig\u00f3n premoldeado.<\/p>\n<p>Debajo de la entrada se dispuso un s\u00f3tano semi hundido. Este desplazamiento vertical, junto con dicho s\u00f3tano, crea una composici\u00f3n din\u00e1mica que resulta en una planta baja dividida en dos medios niveles.<\/p>\n<p>Este esquema se combina con materiales r\u00fasticos, tales como mamposter\u00eda de ladrillos mec\u00e1nicos en color negro y madera carbonizada, cada uno asignado a una zona espec\u00edfica que se ubica en correspondencia detr\u00e1s de ese sector de la fachada.<\/p>\n<p>La perfecta simetr\u00eda del hall de acceso divide la casa en dos \u00e1reas definidas, una ubicada a la derecha y la otra ubicada a la izquierda. En el centro de la planta se ubic\u00f3 la cocina como \u00e1rea en com\u00fan.<\/p>\n<p>Cada lado del hall de acceso cuenta con su propia y completamente id\u00e9ntica escalera hacia la planta alta. Sobre cada escalera se ubica un tragaluz escondido en el cielorraso, que permiten ba\u00f1ar de luz natural a las paredes interiores.<\/p>\n<p>El volumen que contiene el dormitorio principal est\u00e1 revestido en Naoshima. Se trata de madera carbonizada utilizando una t\u00e9cnica japonesa tradicional. Our client&#8217;s desire was to build a house that would facilitate the coming together of those two families. This resulted in a design with separate functions for each family and common meeting places for both families. Each family has its own entrance hall, living room, bathroom and toilet and bedroom area. The main hall and spacious kitchen are set up as common spaces and planned as the heart of Villa Montfoort.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Rough composition, rough materials<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>The architectural composition and materialization of Villa Montfoort highlights the layout of the floor plan. The entrance is materialized in precast concrete elements. Beneath the entrance we designed a half-sunken basement. The vertical shift accompanied by this basement creates a dynamic composition and results in a split-level floor plan. We combined this with rough materials , such as black masonry, concrete and charred wood, each allocated to the specific area laying behind the fa\u00e7ade.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Spatial distribution<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>The perfectly symmetrical hallway divides the villa into two living areas. One living room on the left, and one on the right. In the centre of the design we located the kitchen as common area. Either side of the hallway has its own completely identical staircase to the first floor. Above the stairs we designed hidden skylights in the roof, which allow sunlight to stroke beautifully along the inner walls.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Charred wood as fa\u00e7ade cladding?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>The volume of the master bedroom is materialized in Nao Shima. This is a traditional Japanese technique for charred wood. This results in deep, natural textures.
