La historia de la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de este espacio se remonta a cuatro meses en los cuales se mud\u00f3 al personal a oficinas temporales y se redise\u00f1\u00f3 el sitio con la visi\u00f3n de homologarse con los nuevos est\u00e1ndares internacionales de la empresa y de cumplir con los requerimientos laborales locales. Uso de materiales de bajo impacto ambiental como madera reciclada, chapa de bamboo de r\u00e1pido crecimiento, iluminaci\u00f3n con tecnolog\u00eda LED con controles de presencia y movimiento.<\/p>\n<p>En el \u00e1rea abierta se coloc\u00f3 un plaf\u00f3n org\u00e1nico construido por tiras suspendidas de Tekne Rollo, el cual tiene un prodigioso sentido se\u00f1al\u00e9tico e indica el recorrido espacial hacia una generosa vista del complejo Arcos Bosques, confiri\u00e9ndole una sensaci\u00f3n de infinitud. Se instalaron paneles ac\u00fasticos en las salas de juntas; los muros se edificaron en concreto para otorgar solidez y firmeza en los elementos de verticalidad.<\/p>\n<p>El plaf\u00f3n mantiene un di\u00e1logo constante con el espacio: marca el ritmo de las mamparas, acent\u00faa los centros de trabajo, se\u00f1ala puntos de reuni\u00f3n, establece \u00e1reas con diversas tramas y geometr\u00edas. Un espacio incluyente para el trabajo con lugar para todos, donde la luz natural juega un papel protag\u00f3nico y se exalta con la presencia de cristales curvos que permiten la privacidad ac\u00fastica y la fluidez de la circulaci\u00f3n dentro de los espacios.<\/p>\n<p>La distribuci\u00f3n es congruente con el sentido de trabajo que tiene Cushman &amp; Wakefield: \u00c1rea de Collision Center para el encuentro entre clientes y brokers, reuniones entre equipos, \u00e1rea de trabajo general. Cada qui\u00e9n tiene su espacio de trabajo, pero tambi\u00e9n tiene un espacio para reunirse.<\/p>\n<p>Existe una relaci\u00f3n de 1.5 lugares no fijos contra los asignados; la conectividad y la tecnolog\u00eda forman parte primordial en el proyecto ya que se instal\u00f3 la \u00faltima tendencia y que al mismo tiempo se puede actualizar al paso del tiempo. Telefon\u00eda por IP y Wireless para cada usuario y espacio. Para las reuniones con los clientes, se cuenta con una pantalla de Inmersi\u00f3n Urbana para efectuar presentaciones no s\u00f3lo visuales, sino sensoriales.<\/p>\n<p>Este espacio inspira a una forma de trabajo diferente.
