intenci\u00f3n del dise\u00f1o del edificio no pretende hacer parecer como algo nuevo lo viejo, ni negar su historia, sino vincularlo regres\u00e1ndole as\u00ed el nivel de confort que otorga la sencillez y la eficacia constructiva al optimizar los espacios entendiendo el mercado al que va dirigida y sus necesidades puntuales.<\/p>\n<p>De este modo los acentos de color, las texturas, el arte, la vegetaci\u00f3n y las vistas desde los departamentos, las \u00e1reas comunes, las circulaciones principales del edificio (elevador, escaleras y pasillos) y su coronamiento con un roofgarden con una vista panor\u00e1mica de la ciudad, se convierten en parte de los atributos m\u00e1s fortuitos de una obra que ha vuelto a dialogar con su contexto, entendiendo y no renunciando a \u00e9l.<\/p>\n<p>El interior de los departamentos se ha dise\u00f1ado resolviendo cada espacio apoy\u00e1ndose del funcionamiento optimizado del mobiliario, de la iluminaci\u00f3n y ventilaci\u00f3n natural, del m\u00e1ximo aprovechamiento de las circulaciones y la altura del entrepiso, as\u00ed como las vistas hacia la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el exterior el nuevo rostro de esta obra ha comenzado a proyectar
