Arquitectos\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Se localiza en el centro hist\u00f3rico de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico -a unos pasos de importantes museos, espacios culturales y la din\u00e1mica especial de esta zona de la ciudad- en un edificio de los a\u00f1os 40 recientemente renovado por Bou\u00e9 Arquitectos.<\/p>\n<p>El reto para el arquitecto Germ\u00e1n Velasco Espinosa y su equipo fue realizar un proyecto de interior para un espacio que estar\u00e1 rentado por medio de Airbnb durante todo el a\u00f1o, por lo que se concentraron en balancear dos importantes lineamientos.<\/p>\n<p>El primero es que el espacio debe estar perfectamente equipado para ser la \u00abcasa fuera de casa\u00bb del visitante y el segundo fue desarrollar un ambiente c\u00e1lido y suficientemente neutral para estar en el rango m\u00e1s amplio del gusto de los posibles habitantes temporales.<\/p>\n<p>El presupuesto fue un importante reto a vencer que se logr\u00f3 con el perfecto balance de mobiliario dise\u00f1ado y producido especialmente para el espacio en combinaci\u00f3n con los objetos que definen su personalidad.<\/p>\n<p>El departamento tiene 80 metros cuadrados y est\u00e1 desarrollado en un programa tipo loft por lo que era muy importante respetar los espacios abiertos para no perder las entradas de luz y aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo las generosas alturas.<\/p>\n<p>La experiencia de Germ\u00e1n Velasco Arquitectos en el dise\u00f1o de hoteles, tanto de gran turismo como de tipo boutique, fue la base para entender las necesidades del cliente y It is in a 1940 building recently renewed by Bou\u00e9 Arquitectos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The challenge for architect Germ\u00e1n Velasco Espinosa and his team was to create an interior design project for a space that will be rented via Airbnb so they focus on balancing two main parameters: first it has to be completely equipped to the \u00abhome away from home\u00bb of the visitor and second it also has to have a warm environment sufficiently neutral to be in the widest range of taste of the possible temporary inhabitants.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The budget was an important challenge to overcome and was accomplished with the perfect balance between custom designed and produced for the project furniture and objects that define its personality. The apartment is 80 sq m and was done in a loft style program so it was very important to respect the open spaces to avoid losing the natural light and make the most of the generous heights.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Germ\u00e1n Velasco Arquitectos experience designing hotels -luxury chains and boutique style- was the basis to understanding the client&#8217;s needs and to create a
