alegor\u00eda de la \u00abpiedra preciosa\u00bb result\u00f3 impactando en decisiones creativas desde lo proyectual y lo constructivo, hasta en decisiones de branding\/naming, incluso en los procesos de producci\u00f3n de los postres que se elaboran sobre placas de granito a temperaturas bajo cero.<\/p>\n<p>Tradujimos esta idea en un sistema constructivo a trav\u00e9s de un material que nos permiti\u00f3 moldear estas figuras facetadas, sin recaer en la literalidad de materiales p\u00e9treos. Busc\u00e1bamos expresar una homogeneidad a trav\u00e9s de una superficie continua de elementos que compongan una c\u00e1scara diamantada, logr\u00e1ndolo mediante la repetici\u00f3n de tejuelas met\u00e1licas tratadas.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta es expresiva y a la vez sint\u00e9tica, es decir, propone un formalismo inquietante desde su silenciosa mono-materialidad. La construcci\u00f3n de un anexo en doble altura (que genera la verdadera espacialidad de la cremer\u00eda) se adosa a la casa original logrando que ambos elementos convivan de manera respetuosa y arm\u00f3nica. La nueva estructura diamantada dialoga morfol\u00f3gicamente con los tejados inclinados t\u00edpicos de un chalet del siglo XX.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-2' class='gallery galleryid-29418 implantaci\u00f3n de este anexo incorpora dos mansardas por dentro y una tercera por afuera, la cual responde a las exigencias de c\u00f3digo de ventilaci\u00f3n e iluminaci\u00f3n del municipio. Motivo por el cual la cubierta modifica considerablemente su recorrido de abajo hacia arriba, permitiendo la ventilaci\u00f3n e iluminaci\u00f3n necesaria. Como resultado nos encontramos con una cubierta muy pl\u00e1stica desde su geometr\u00eda. En el nivel cero construimos una pieza de hormig\u00f3n sobre la cual, a modo de basamento se apoya toda la cubierta fusion\u00e1ndose bajo una configuraci\u00f3n morfol\u00f3gica similar.<\/p>\n<p>Creamos un sistema compositivo de tri\u00e1ngulos y\/o superficies facetadas que se ven reflejados en varios elementos dise\u00f1ados particularmente a lo largo de todo el proyecto. Desde las aberturas en la edificaci\u00f3n existente en las zonas de producci\u00f3n hasta la cubierta del anexo permitiendo el paso de luz de forma tamizada. A su vez esta misma geometr\u00eda compone la estructura met\u00e1lica del sistema de iluminaci\u00f3n general asi como el dise\u00f1o de solados exteriores en premoldeados de hormig\u00f3n. ejemplo los tapizados de cueros y pieles, muros revestidos en madera natural y m\u00e1rmoles claros.
