eficiencia de los espacios de trabajo. Este estudio tiene como principal objetivo conocer la situaci\u00f3n de las empresas con respecto a la eficiencia de sus espacios de trabajo y comprender as\u00ed el escenario a nivel regional.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00abEs una gran oportunidad para las empresas poder participar de forma gratuita en este estudio que tiene como finalidad dar a conocer cu\u00e1les son los principales problemas y dificultades que tienen dentro de sus oficinas y poder compararse con el contexto general\u00bb<\/em>, indic\u00f3 <strong>V\u00edctor Feingold<\/strong>, CEO de Contract Workplaces.<\/p>\n<p>El Benchmarking cubrir\u00e1 nueve pa\u00edses de la regi\u00f3n, en los que Contract Workplaces cuenta con las oficinas y los recursos necesarios para realizar el estudio y convoca a empresas nacionales y multinacionales con oficinas que est\u00e9n situadas en edificios corporativos, que tengan a partir de 500 m2 y m\u00e1s de 50 empleados.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00abEstamos en el proceso de selecci\u00f3n de las empresas que formar\u00e1n parte del proyecto, algunas invitadas por Contract y otras que se han mostrado interesadas en la iniciativa. Ser\u00e1n 500 firmas de primer nivel que luego acceder\u00e1n a un informe customizado de situaci\u00f3n, a las estad\u00edsticas regionales y obtendr\u00e1n una gu\u00eda con las mejores pr\u00e1cticas identificadas. Hasta el momento, est\u00e1n participando compa\u00f1\u00edas cuyo promedio de superficies es desde 1000 a 5000 m2\u00bb<\/em>, agreg\u00f3 Feingold.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez terminada la selecci\u00f3n, el proceso de benchmarking est\u00e1 definido en distintas etapas. Durante la primera fase de trabajo, un equipo de profesionales relevar\u00e1 los datos de cada compa\u00f1\u00eda participante a trav\u00e9s de visitas al espacio de trabajo, entrevistas al Top Management y una encuesta online an\u00f3nima a todos los colaboradores. Las preguntas contenidas en la misma abordar\u00e1n distintas tem\u00e1ticas relacionadas con el dise\u00f1o del espacio de trabajo, la imagen corporativa y el confort y bienestar de los colaboradores.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 el an\u00e1lisis y procesamiento de datos, adem\u00e1s de la elaboraci\u00f3n de informes para cada empresa participante.
