Un gran terreno de 9,000 m2 sirvi\u00f3 de escenario para el desplante de la Casa LC que tiene una superficie de 2,000 m2. La casa se encuentra en el norte de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, dentro de un \u00e1rea en la que no hay construcciones altas, por lo que el dise\u00f1o arquitect\u00f3nico y de paisaje logr\u00f3 (vista)\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n<br \/>\nEl concepto est\u00e1 resuelto en tres diferentes \u00e1reas, la social, que se desarrolla alrededor de un gran patio circular con un espejo de agua con islotes irregulares y un chorro central. La circulaci\u00f3n perimetral, permite acceder a las diferentes \u00e1reas sociales como vest\u00edbulo con toilet, la biblioteca, la sala y el comedor, todos ligados con un pasillo circular que rodea el patio.<\/p>\n<p>La privada que est\u00e1 formada por un patio cuadrado con un \u00e1rbol de naranjo al centro tambi\u00e9n sobre islotes que flotan sobre un espejo de agua que est\u00e1 rodeado por cuatro rec\u00e1maras m\u00e1s la principal, las cuales cuentan con un tapanco que converge en segunda planta a terrazas que dan a dicho patio.<\/p>\n<p>La de entretenimiento, que remata con una alberca que tiene un canal de nado, sal\u00f3n de juegos, home theater, gimnasio, ba\u00f1os y casita de hu\u00e9spedes. Los tapancos de las recamaras est\u00e1n unidos al home theater en la segunda planta por un pasillo de piso de cristal que asoma hacia el canal de nado.<\/p>\n<p>Estas tres secciones a su vez, est\u00e1n alineadas a un gran eje de composici\u00f3n y que los une entre s\u00ed a manera de pasillos y a los cuales se les adhiere un \u00e1rea semiprivada conformada por la sala de televisi\u00f3n y el desayunador. Adem\u00e1s tambi\u00e9n como anexo el \u00e1rea de servicio conformado por la cocina, cuarto de lavado y planchado y recamaras de servicio.<\/p>\n<p>Por la composici\u00f3n de los proyectos, se forman peque\u00f1os espacios privados entre los cuerpos arquitect\u00f3nicos creando micro ambientes que le dan identidad y privacidad a las \u00e1reas que convergen a ellos.<\/p>\n<p>El gran jard\u00edn est\u00e1 compuesto por un chalet asador, un estanque con cascada y un track de jogging el cual est\u00e1 desarrollado entre mont\u00edculos de c\u00e9sped d\u00e1ndole escala y experiencia al recorrido.<\/p>\n<p>La entrada principal tiene una rotonda que da al p\u00f3rtico de entrada de la casa y de manera lateral adyacente se encuentra el garaje semicubierto para ocho autom\u00f3viles.<\/p>\n<p>Los materiales exteriores est\u00e1n resueltos con piedra caliza blanca, aplanados en color neutro y techumbres en viguer\u00eda de madera con teja marr\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En los interiores, los pisos en circulaciones son en granito flameado con m\u00e1rmol blanco perlino. En las habitaciones hay duela de madera de nogal natural. Los muros son en aplanados de yeso en color blanco arena y algunos que corren desde el exterior en piedra caliza blanca. The house is located at Mexico City north in area where there are no high constructions and this advantage was used in the architectonic and landscape design incorporating to the project all the surrounding green areas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The concept was resolved in 3 different areas. The social area was distributed around the grand central circular patio, which has a water mirror with irregular islets and a central stream. The perimeter circulation allows access to the different social spaces such as the vestibule with toilet, the library, the living room and the dining room, all linked to a hallway that goes around the patio.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The private area is formed by a square patio with an orange tree in the middle that is floating on top of islets inside of a water mirror. This magnificent space is surrounded by the 4 regular bedrooms and the master bedroom. All the bedrooms have an attic that goes out to the terraces in the second level that look to the square patio.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The entertainment area ends with the pool and has a swimming track, gaming room, home theater, gym, bathroom and a small house for guests. The bedroom attics are connected to the second level of the home theater through a hall with glass floor that looks down to the swimming track.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>These three sections are aligned with the main composition axis that joins the hallways and includes a semi private area formed by the TV room and the breakfast room. Here is also located the services are formed by kitchen, laundry and ironing room and the service rooms.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Because of the composition of the project, small private spaces are formed between the architectonic volumes, resulting in micro ambiances that give identity and privacy to all the areas that coincide to them.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The grand garden is formed by a barbecue-chalet, a pond with cascade and a jogging track that goes around different grass mounds that add scale and experience to the route. The main entrance has a roundabout that leads to the main door of the house and in the side there is an adjacent semi covered garage with capacity for 8 cars.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>In the exteriors the following materials stand out: white limestone, neutral color flattens and roofs done with wood beams and brown tiles. In the interiors flamed granite and pearled white marble were used for the circulation floors and for the bedrooms natural walnut floors. Most of walls have flattened plaster in a white sand color, except for the ones that come in from the outside that are finished white limestone. The plafonds have wooden beams and barrel staves that also form part of the structure.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>There are 4 sculptures located in the main ends of the house that represent the four natural elements: Earth, Fire, Water and Wind done by artist Carlos Mar\u00edn. The lighting design has different variable scenes in a warm color, mostly done with LEDs, in a combination of indirect, accent and suspended lamps.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height:
