resultado y optimizar recursos se recomienda siempre trabajar con un profesional y hacer una intervenci\u00f3n integral. Este es el caso del proyecto Salta Tower, un departamento de 94 m2 ubicado en el 8vo. piso del edificio con este nombre en la ciudad de Salta Capital, Argentina.<\/p>\n<p>Para este proyecto realizamos un trabajo de dise\u00f1o integral pensando hasta el m\u00e1s m\u00ednimo detalle. El objetivo fue combinar el nivel de dise\u00f1o y la comodidad que brinda una habitaci\u00f3n de hotel, con el c\u00e1lido ambiente de un hogar. Ya que el cliente pod\u00eda hacer uso de las amenities del Hotel Brizo que funciona en el mismo edificio, quer\u00edamos brindarle el mismo confort de un Hotel, tambi\u00e9n en el interior de su vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>El departamento cuenta con dos dormitorios, dos ba\u00f1os y un espacio de cocina, comedor y living integrados. Trabajamos inicialmente de manera general, con la colocaci\u00f3n de equipos de aire acondicionado y radiadores, as\u00ed como la instalaci\u00f3n de cortinas roller y persianas autom\u00e1ticas en cada ambiente. Luego pasamos al dise\u00f1o particular de cada espacio con pautas establecidas en cuanto a iluminaci\u00f3n uso de materiales y colores.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-2' class='gallery galleryid-37276 (planta)\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>En la sala de estar y comedor predominan los colores neutros y destaca el uso de materiales como m\u00e1rmol de carrara, acero cromado y vidrio. El protagonismo lo tienen las luminarias, un colgante y una l\u00e1mpara de pie. Todos los muebles se hicieron a medida contemplando funcionalidad y las necesidades del usuario.<\/p>\n<p>En la cocina se coloc\u00f3 una campana de acero inoxidable y vidrio, se adaptaron los muebles agregando puertas y un espacio para el microondas. Para la iluminaci\u00f3n se opt\u00f3 por paneles led en cielorraso, tiras led bajo las alacenas para la iluminaci\u00f3n de la mesada y tres colgantes de vidrio y acero cromado sobre la barra.<\/p>\n<p>El dormitorio principal refleja el concepto de dise\u00f1o sofisticado y c\u00e1lido a la vez que tuvimos como objetivo. El respaldar de cama es el foco del espacio y su dise\u00f1o incorpora un material innovador: una l\u00e1mina de piedra natural de 2mm de espesor, producto de Piedra Fina, con origen en la India.
