El proyecto de arquitectura est\u00e1 a cargo del estudio <strong>Urgell-Penedo-Urgell<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El cumplimiento de los requisitos correspondientes para calificar en la categor\u00eda Gold de las normas LEED, es una de las principales caracter\u00edsticas del proyecto. Por esta raz\u00f3n, desde el inicio de la obra se est\u00e1n contemplando materiales y m\u00e9todos constructivos especialmente dise\u00f1ados para mejorar la calidad ambiental durante la construcci\u00f3n y fundamentalmente durante la operaci\u00f3n del edificio.<\/p>\n<p>Contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los est\u00e1ndares LEED, la obra contar\u00e1 con un sofisticado sistema de tratamiento del aire, un plan de manejo de residuos, plan de manejo del agua, plan de control de erosi\u00f3n, sedimentaci\u00f3n y la gesti\u00f3n e identificaci\u00f3n de sustancias peligrosas.<\/p>\n<p>Se destacan a su vez ciertas caracter\u00edsticas en el dise\u00f1o como ser, frentes vidriados con alta permeabilidad de luz, una laguna artificial a donde descargan las aguas grises para su reutilizaci\u00f3n en riego y como reserva de incendio, y forestaci\u00f3n con especies aut\u00f3ctonas, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p>Desde hace varios a\u00f1os, CRIBA incursiona en proyectos sustentables, como es el caso de la Planta de Johnson en el Parque Industrial de Pilar, el Sanatorio Finochietto y la Sede Corporativa de Banco Ciudad en Parque Patricios, la cual respeta los cinco conceptos b\u00e1sicos de sustentabilidad que corresponden a las normas Leed: sitio, energ\u00eda, agua, calidad de aire interior y materiales.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00abConstruir espacios sustentables es una premisa para CRIBA\u00bb<\/em>, destaca el <strong>Ing. Santiago Tarasido<\/strong>, Gerente General de la compa\u00f1\u00eda. La constructora se ocupa de estudiar y emplear normas LEED tendiendo a optimizar los recursos naturales y su entorno, para que a futuro contribuyan al bienestar general.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Acerca de CRIBA<\/strong><br \/>\nEmpresa argentina dedicada a brindar servicios de construcci\u00f3n de alta calidad. Construye edificios de vivienda, oficinas, hospitales, hoteles, edificios industriales, comerciales, barrios de vivienda e infraestructura.
