sustentable\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>En el tradicional auditorio de la Sociedad Central de Arquitectos (SCA) se realiz\u00f3 la presentaci\u00f3n del innovador <strong>sistema constructivo SIPANEL<\/strong>, que est\u00e1 basado en la sustentabilidad y que permite un alt\u00edsimo ahorro energ\u00e9tico y una reducci\u00f3n de los tiempos de obra de hasta el 50%.<\/p>\n<p>El evento, que se llev\u00f3 a cabo el pasado jueves 27 de marzo de 2014, tuvo una gran convocatoria y reuni\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 80 profesionales del mercado de la construcci\u00f3n, entre arquitectos, ingenieros y desarrolladores.<\/p>\n<p>Los presentes disfrutaron de un desayuno y luego fueron invitados al auditorio, donde <strong>Omar Eidelstein<\/strong>, socio de SIPANEL, les dio la bienvenida y realiz\u00f3 una presentaci\u00f3n de la empresa y del producto, que surgi\u00f3 en San Mart\u00edn de los Andes, donde se utiliz\u00f3 inicialmente para la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas unifamiliares sustentables.<\/p>\n<p>Luego, fue el turno del ingeniero <strong>Horacio Mac Donnell<\/strong>, profesor de Sistemas Constructivos de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda de la Universidad de Buenos Aires y asesor de SIPANEL, quien brind\u00f3 una charla t\u00e9cnica sobre las prestaciones del sistema constructivo. Entre sus principales ventajas se destacan que es un producto liviano, macizo y sustentable. Adem\u00e1s, al ser un producto industrial, SIPANEL evita los imprevistos y desperdicios caracter\u00edsticos de una obra tradicional. Los paneles se entregan cortados y rotulados y para su montaje no se necesita mano de obra especializada, lo que reduce en un 50% los tiempos de la obra.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la charla se reflexion\u00f3 sobre la situaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica actual, y la necesidad de adoptar un paradigma m\u00e1s sustentable. Esto responde a dos objetivos: realizar un consumo eficiente de los recursos naturales, y disminuir el consumo energ\u00e9tico, debido a los elevados costos de la energ\u00eda. Casualmente, al d\u00eda siguiente de la \u00abpresentaci\u00f3n en sociedad\u00bb de la marca SIPANEL, el Gobierno anunci\u00f3 la quita de subsidios al gas y al agua, con incrementos que alcanzan hasta el 400%. Los paneles de SIPANEL cuentan con un <strong>Coeficiente de Transmitancia T\u00e9rmica de 0,22%<\/strong>, cifra que no s\u00f3lo alcanza, sino que supera los niveles m\u00e1ximos de eficiencia t\u00e9rmica fijados por las normas que se encuentran vigentes de nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>En base a estos datos, el Ing. Mac Donnell se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el cambio de la construcci\u00f3n tradicional hacia una construcci\u00f3n con sistemas como el de SIPANEL es un proceso que se va a dar en forma natural, ya que las ventajas comparativas son notables, tanto a nivel econ\u00f3mico como ambiental. <em>\u00abLa idea es implementar SIPANEL en todos nuestros proyectos, ya que tiene lo que nosotros necesitamos. Estamos buscando un sistema que sea r\u00e1pido y que rinda energ\u00e9ticamente. Tenemos pensado instalarlo en lugares muy fr\u00edos donde la mano de obra es muy cara y dif\u00edcil de conseguir\u00bb<\/em>, manifest\u00f3 <strong>Patricio Botindari<\/strong>, de DYPSA.<\/p>\n<p>Para llevar a cabo el proyecto es necesario que el arquitecto trabaje en conjunto con el Departamento T\u00e9cnico de SIPANEL, d\u00f3nde se eval\u00faa la documentaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de la obra, se elabora un presupuesto y luego se realiza un modelo en 3D del proyecto. Cuando todo est\u00e1 aprobado, el Departamento T\u00e9cnico realiza la modulaci\u00f3n de los muros del proyecto y computa las estructuras. Luego realiza un pre-corte digital de los paneles para alcanzar la m\u00e1xima precisi\u00f3n y el aprovechamiento de los materiales. Finalmente, se le entregan al profesional los paneles con un manual y un kit para facilitar su instalaci\u00f3n. <em>\u00abLos paneles de SIPANEL se adaptan a cualquier proyecto, lo que buscamos no es disminuir el trabajo del arquitecto, nuestro objetivo es poner la ingenier\u00eda a su disposici\u00f3n, para que pueda llevar a cabo proyectos de mayor calidad, tecnolog\u00eda y dise\u00f1o\u00bb<\/em>, manifesto Mac Donnell.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, los presentes pudieron apreciar una exhibici\u00f3n de algunos de los paneles de la empresa, que est\u00e1n compuestos por dos placas de OSB (Oriented Strain Board) y espuma r\u00edgida de poliuretano inyectada, que le brinda al sistema una gran capacidad aislante e ign\u00edfuga.<em> \u00abEs un producto bien acabado s\u00f3lido con muchas ventajas para la construcci\u00f3n, sobre todo cuando \u00e9sta se encuentra condicionada por el clima. Adem\u00e1s creo que a la larga va a abaratar mucho la construcci\u00f3n con respecto a la construcci\u00f3n tradicional\u00bb<\/em>, concluy\u00f3 <strong>Alicia Baena<\/strong>, arquitecta de la SCA.<\/p>\n<p>Del evento particip\u00f3 el Ing. Su misi\u00f3n es implementar un sistema innovador que mejore la calidad de vida de las personas y su relaci\u00f3n con el medio ambiente, con un producto totalmente ecol\u00f3gico y un sistema que produce un gran ahorro de energ\u00eda por su insuperable aislaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica.
