La propuesta para el nuevo local de Pan de Fuego en Cholula, Puebla, se origina a partir del entendimiento del proceso artesanal que conlleva el producto a ofrecer, en \u00e9ste caso el pan artesanal. Bajo esta premisa, se valoraron las preexistencias encontradas en el sitio, mismas que se complementan puntualmente en cuestiones de materialidad y mobiliario.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery (corte\/vista)\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>La honestidad del trabajo en la panader\u00eda y el producto que ofrecen, fue la invitaci\u00f3n para desarrollar una propuesta que dialogar\u00e1 arm\u00f3nicamente con lo que pasaba dentro de la cocina, priorizando la materialidad y el ambiente interior, por lo cual, se decidi\u00f3 desnudar todos los muros, llegando hasta la esencia de ellos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9stos se complementan con el mosaico de pasta original que se encontr\u00f3 en el sitio de nombre huichol, el cual adem\u00e1s, conserva la identidad y colorido caracter\u00edstico de la zona.<\/p>\n<p>Como grandes complementos, la madera al natural en el mobiliario, el concreto en su expresi\u00f3n m\u00ednima en las barras y las l\u00e1mparas colgantes de barro -producidas artesanalmente con un local- generan en conjunto una atm\u00f3sfera distintiva del lugar.<\/p>\n<p>Desde afuera, se busc\u00f3 pasar desapercibido, mimetiz\u00e1ndo el proyecto con el resto del edificio, donde apenas un peque\u00f1o letrero met\u00e1lico anuncia el contenido interior.
