cuidaron con detalle todos los aspectos t\u00e9cnicos para lograr que el hotel fuera posible en una zona de Santa Fe que es muy ruidosa por la presencia de la carretera.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando se logr\u00f3 cumplir con los requerimientos del hotel para transmisi\u00f3n de ruido y distribuci\u00f3n de espacios, tomando adem\u00e1s en cuenta las regulaciones del terreno, nos dedicamos a dise\u00f1ar todos los espacios del hotel para que contaran con un car\u00e1cter muy especial.<\/p>\n<p>Los espacios p\u00fablicos se integraron verticalmente de manera muy exitosa y el resultado es un hotel de negocios distinto y muy bien ubicado en el que la diferencia es evidente por el nivel y calidad del proyecto ejecutado.<\/p>\n<p>Los cuartos se cuidaron mucho para brindarles a los hu\u00e9spedes una version<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>In a complicated corner formed by Mexico-Toluca highway and Juan Salvador Agraz street, in the western zone of Mexico City, we were commissioned to design a business hotel with a strong presence to stand out from other hotels on the same street.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Several volumetric exercises were done and we decided to pursue a very sober building with a strong hotel character, at the same time taking care of all the technical aspects to ensure that the hotel was possible in a very noisy Santa Fe area because of the presence of the highway.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>When we managed to fulfil all the hotel guidelines for the noise transmission and distribution of the spaces, furthermore taking into account the ground regulations, we devoted to designing all the spaces for the hotel making sure all have a very special character.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The public spaces were integrated very successfully in a vertical way and the result is a different business hotel, very well located where the difference is clear by the level of quality and execution of the project.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The rooms were done with utmost care to offer
