En este proyect\u00f3 se reform\u00f3 por completo un piso de una cierta antig\u00fcedad donde ya viv\u00edan los clientes. Inicialmente la vivienda estaba mal distribuida por lo que presentaba varios problemas asociados al aprovechamiento de los espacios, a la luminosidad, circulaci\u00f3n, funcionalidad y al confort, que no ayudaba a sacarle todo su potencial. Por tanto,\u00a0se puso mucho \u00e9nfasis en el dise\u00f1o interior de la vivienda,\u00a0teniendo en cuenta las necesidades, h\u00e1bitos y gustos de sus habitantes.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' un\u00a0espacio di\u00e1fano\u00a0y vers\u00e1til, y otra donde descansar y dormir tranquilamente. Para conseguirlo se ha suprimido una de las habitaciones, y pasillos y otros rincones que le restaban espacio \u00fatil a la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a la mejora del acceso de la terraza se ha logrado\u00a0fusionar el interior y el exterior de esta vivienda, consiguiendo una zona de d\u00eda muy agradable, amplia y luminosa.<\/p>\n<p>El estilo decorativo se ha inspirado en las viviendas n\u00f3rdicas, donde predominan los ambientes despejados y ordenados, los tonos neutros y claros, la madera y las l\u00edneas rectas y depuradas del mobiliario, que hace que su interior sea acogedor, c\u00e1lido y confortable.<\/p>\n<p>Destacar que se ha apostado por\u00a0crear espacios con distintas funcionalidades. Por ejemplo, poder trabajar desde casa era uno de los requisitos del proyecto, por lo que se ha creado en el sal\u00f3n un espacio de trabajo, c\u00f3modo y relajado, donde trabajar durante el d\u00eda. Destacar el escritorio elevable, del fabricante Jarvis, que permite trabajar tanto de pie como sentado.<\/p>\n<p>En el dormitorio principal se ha creado un\u00a0espacio de meditaci\u00f3n, y que a la vez, gracias a una puerta corredera y al mueble con cama abatible, se puede convertir en un peque\u00f1o\u00a0dormitorio para invitados.<\/p>\n<p>Y un \u00faltimo ejemplo lo encontramos en el aseo, donde se ha instalado la zona del lavadero dentro de un armario, quedando totalmente oculto en el momento de no utilizarse.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente destacar algunas de las marcas que hemos utilizado.\u00a0Tegar, presente en todos los armarios de la vivienda, muebles del ba\u00f1o, mueble TV, y en los bufetes y librer\u00eda del sal\u00f3n. El mueble de cocina del fabricante\u00a0Aur\u00f3, la encimera\u00a0Dekton\u00a0y los electrodom\u00e9sticos de cocina\u00a0Neff. El sanitario de estilo japon\u00e9s Sensia Arena\u00a0Grohe\u00a0y el grifo bid\u00e9\u00a0Bossini.\u00a0La climatizaci\u00f3n inteligente\u00a0Airzone.\u00a0Y por \u00faltimo, las cortinas y screens
