Hace casi cien a\u00f1os se bautiz\u00f3 como \u00abla magdalena de Proust\u00bb al momento en el que una percepci\u00f3n evoca un recuerdo. Arroz para llevar \/ Pablo Mu\u00f1oz Pay\u00e1 Arquitectos (planta)\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>El proyecto ocupa un local en planta baja ubicado en la avenida de Madrid, la principal intersecci\u00f3n -y la calle m\u00e1s ancha- entre la conurbaci\u00f3n de Elda y Petrer. El programa se reparte en los 72,67 m2 del local, entre el mostrador p\u00fablico donde encargar y llevar los tradicionales arroces y la cocina reservada para el equipo de Trenta Tres.<\/p>\n<p>La iluminaci\u00f3n y el acabado de los materiales ya adelanta a pie de calle el atractivo de un dise\u00f1o que conjuga modernidad y tradici\u00f3n. Sobre un panel de cer\u00e1mica blanca, a juego con el interior, luce el r\u00f3tulo del local en azul. Unas tiras de luz longitudinal iluminan los paramentos, invitando a entrar directamente al mostrador con el paso marcado por dos mesas alargadas.<\/p>\n<p>Con un dise\u00f1o econ\u00f3mico y artesanal, incluso las mesas se han dise\u00f1ado a prop\u00f3sito para el local, usando madera de roble con un sistema artesanal de chapa de acero lacado en blanco. Una pared azul a mano izquierda y la pared blanca a la derecha recuerdan a la \u00abmagdalena de Proust\u00bb con una cer\u00e1mica esmaltada dise\u00f1ada en Castell\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El caracter\u00edstico relieve y volumen de la pieza no s\u00f3lo recuerda a las t\u00edpicas tejas, sino tambi\u00e9n a las olas del mar bailando con la luz. Detr\u00e1s del mostrador, el fondo del \u00e1rea p\u00fablica est\u00e1 rematada por una pared de mamposter\u00eda, una t\u00e9cnica tradicional de colocaci\u00f3n de piedras provenientes de Bateig, una cantera cercana a Petrer. Picada y colocada a mano, la piedra de Bateig conjuga con el suelo de apariencia de barro cocido y aporta claridad a la perspectiva del local.<\/p>\n<p>Unas jardineras que flanquean el mostrador aportan el toque de frescor al local, para el que se han escogido especies como el ave del para\u00edso gigante (Strelitzia augusta) y palmas arecas (Dypsis lutescens). Para aumentar la sensaci\u00f3n de amplitud, se han alternado sus alturas que invitan a mirar al techo. Almost a hundred years ago, the moment in which a perception evokes a memory was baptized as \u00abProust&#8217;s Madeleine\u00bb. An effect that inevitably arises when entering Trenta Tres, the renovated takeaway rice place in Petrer.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The project occupies a ground floor located on Avenida de Madrid, the main intersection -and the widest street- between the Elda and Petrer conurbation, near Alicante. The program is spread over the 72.67 m2 between the public counter where the traditional rice dishes are ordered and delivered and the kitchen reserved for the Trenta Tres team.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The lighting and the finishing of the materials already advance at street level the appeal of a design that combines modernity and tradition. On a white ceramic panel, to match the interior, the store&#8217;s label is displayed in blue. Longitudinal strips of light illuminate the walls, inviting you to enter the counter directly with the passage marked by two elongated tables.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>With an inexpensive and handcrafted design, even the tables have been designed on purpose for the takeaway, using oak wood with a handcrafted system of white lacquered sheet steel. A blue wall on the left and a white wall on the right are reminiscent of Proust&#8217;s \u00abmadeleine\u00bb with glazed ceramic designed in Castell\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The characteristic relief and volume of the piece not only recalls the typical tiles, but also the waves of the sea dancing with the light. Behind the counter, the back of the public area is topped by a masonry wall, a traditional stone-laying technique from Bateig, a quarry near Petrer. Chopped and laid by hand, the Bateig stone blends with the terracotta-like floor and brings clarity to the perspective of the takeaway.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Planters that flank the counter add a touch of freshness to the place. For this, species such as the bird of paradise (Strelitzia augusta) and areca palms (Dypsis lutescens) have been chosen. To increase the feeling of spaciousness, their heights are alternated to invite you to look at the ceiling. A network of jute ropes, in the style of boat ropes, cross the false ceiling to increase the warmth of the takeaway with a simple but effective solution.<\/em><\/p>\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px;
