El edificio se sit\u00faa en el pol\u00edgono industrial de Carrases en Ll\u00edria, tangente a la Autov\u00eda de Ademuz que une Ll\u00edria con Valencia. Se trata de una gran nave de producci\u00f3n de 50.650 m2, realizada con estructura met\u00e1lica vista, de color blanco, que genera un espacio interior di\u00e1fano, limpio y flexible para adaptar la divididas en dos grandes bloques denominados tecnol\u00f3gico y corporativo.<\/p>\n<p>El bloque tecnol\u00f3gico ocupa todo el lado de la nave de producci\u00f3n, unos 240 metros de longitud y en el mismo se ubican las zonas de ingenier\u00eda, laboratorios e I+D que necesitan estar en contacto permanente con la producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El bloque corporativo, se despega de \u00e9ste y se gira hasta que se coloca paralelo a la Autov\u00eda quedando ambos unidos mediante un volumen a triple altura donde se coloca la escalera principal del edificio suspendida en el vac\u00edo.<\/p>\n<div It is a large 50,650 m2 production facility, a visible white metal structure, which creates an open, clean and flexible interior space to adapt internal logistics to production and storage needs.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>On one side of the warehouse, the one closest to the highway, are the company&#8217;s offices, divided into two large blocks called technological and corporate.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The technological block occupies the entire side of the production facility, about 240 meters long, housing engineering, laboratories and R&amp;D areas that need to be in permanent contact with production.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The corporate block is detached and at an angle to run parallel to the highway. Both blocks are joined by a triple-height volume where the main staircase of the building is placed, suspended in the void.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The space between both blocks becomes an interior patio where the uses can rest or interact outdoors while being protected from the sun.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>On the facades, a neutral colored metal panel is used as the main element, forming large overhangs that protect from the southwestern sun, generating the image of the building stretching towards the highway.
