que ya cuenta con cinco a\u00f1os de \u00e9xito en esta localidad estrat\u00e9gica de la provincia de C\u00f3rdoba.<\/p>\n<p>En esta oportunidad, la Arq. <strong>Ivana Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong>, del <strong>Estudio MZ Arquitectos<\/strong>, estuvo a cargo del proyecto de ampliaci\u00f3n del Hotel bajo el sistema Steel Frame, que permiti\u00f3 el desarrollo de 80 habitaciones m\u00e1s, mediante una construcci\u00f3n m\u00e1s \u00e1gil y vers\u00e1til, donde adem\u00e1s se prioriz\u00f3 la utilizaci\u00f3n de materiales eficientes como lo son las <strong>aberturas de PVC de TECNOPERFILES<\/strong> para lograr espacios con mayor hermeticidad, aislaci\u00f3n termoac\u00fastica, seguridad y tambi\u00e9n que puedan combinarse con fachada e interiores en l\u00ednea con el estilo y dise\u00f1o original.<\/p>\n<p>Las aberturas del desarrollo fueron fabricadas por <strong>NEO ABERTURAS<\/strong> en el sistema corredizo de la <strong>L\u00ednea Prime y Advance de TECNOPERFILES<\/strong> sumado al sistema de abrir proyectante de la <strong>L\u00ednea Newen 1022 y 1020 con DVH EKOGLASS Blindex<\/strong>, garantizando la m\u00e1xima resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n, al impacto clim\u00e1tico y agentes externos.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el edificio cuenta con una gesti\u00f3n sustentable, donde su moderna estructura est\u00e1 en sinergia con el entorno natural mediante el reciclado de residuos; el cuidado del agua y la energ\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de la adecuada utilizaci\u00f3n de materiales como lo son las <strong>ventanas de PVC de TECNOPERFILES<\/strong> integradas a un sistema constructivo eficiente en pos de una construcci\u00f3n m\u00e1s sostenible.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px; line-height: 0px; margin:
