Torre Ibiza es un proyecto de uso mixto que desaf\u00eda la vieja moda y los principios deshumanizadores de los desarrollos inmobiliarios. Fue concebido para generar experiencias \u00fanicas y expresivas para sus habitantes, a trav\u00e9s de la integraci\u00f3n de tres principios fundamentales de sustentabilidad: integraci\u00f3n trav\u00e9s de su arquitectura. El dise\u00f1o se acompa\u00f1\u00f3 de diversas expresiones art\u00edsticas que sirven como factor de atracci\u00f3n, promoviendo un modelo integral de barrio inclusivo que se integre con el espacio urbano existente.<\/p>\n<p>Ibiza forma parte de Saint Peter Design District, una intervenci\u00f3n urbana que busca dinamizar la vida urbana de Cholula, al lado oeste de Puebla. Es por eso que el dise\u00f1o arquitect\u00f3nico incorpora la filosof\u00eda de dise\u00f1o de alta innovaci\u00f3n y comodidad para lograr ambientes expresivos de alta sofisticaci\u00f3n con soluciones positivas para las necesidades del usuario. Adem\u00e1s, se persigue una identidad particular a trav\u00e9s del di\u00e1logo con un lenguaje contempor\u00e1neo y expresivo que contrasta con la materialidad de las artesan\u00edas de producci\u00f3n local.<\/p>\n<p>El abordaje del interiorismo de los departamentos cuestiona los modelos tradicionales de habitabilidad, en b\u00fasqueda de una alternativa que promueva el bienestar de los habitantes del espacio, sin dejar de lado alcanzar un nivel m\u00e1ximo de sofisticaci\u00f3n. Asimismo, todos los departamentos son diferentes e incorporan variados elementos de dise\u00f1o que fueron elaborados con la colaboraci\u00f3n de artesanos locales.<\/p>\n<p>En la materialidad del proyecto predomina el acero y el cristal, lo cual genera amplitud visual y luminosidad a los espacios interiores, adem\u00e1s de ser una propuesta contrastante al resto de la arquitectura de la zona.<\/p>\n<p>Su interior busca inspiraci\u00f3n en el dise\u00f1o industrial, muestra los materiales de construcci\u00f3n en acabado aparente. It was conceived to generate unique and expressive experiences for its inhabitants, through the integration of three fundamental principles of sustainability: community integration, environmental protection and economic growth.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>One of the main objectives of the tower is to diversify the space to facilitate the integration of the area through its architecture. The design was accompanied by various artistic expressions that serve as an attraction factor, promoting a comprehensive model of an inclusive neighborhood that integrates with the existing urban space.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ibiza is part of the Saint Peter Design District, an urban intervention that seeks to revitalize the urban life of Cholula, on the west side of Puebla. That is why the architectural design incorporates the design philosophy of high innovation and comfort to achieve expressive environments of high sophistication with positive solutions for the needs of the user. In addition, a particular identity is pursued through dialogue with a contemporary and expressive language that contrasts with the materiality of locally produced crafts.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The approach to the interior design of the apartments questions the traditional models of habitability, in search of an alternative that promotes the well-being of the inhabitants of the space, without neglecting to reach a maximum level of sophistication. Therefore, all the apartments are different and incorporate different design elements that were elaborated in collaboration with local artisans of Puebla.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>In the materiality of the project steel and glass predominate, which generates visual amplitude and luminosity to the interior spaces, in addition to being a constant proposal to the rest of the architecture of the area. Its interior seeks inspiration in industrial design, it shows the construction materials in an apparent finish.
