Arquitectos (esquema)\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>El encargo fue realizado por una pareja de 70 a\u00f1os que se encuentra semi retirada de sus actividades laborales y disfruta especialmente del contacto con la naturaleza en un entorno apacible. Su grupo familiar se compone de 3 hijos y 2 nietos, que no viven con ellos pero los visitan asiduamente, dato que result\u00f3 relevante para el armado del programa de necesidades. La casa es utilizada de forma permanente por dos personas pero deb\u00eda estar preparada para albergar las visitas de los hijos con sus parejas y nietos.<\/p>\n<p>La idea del proyecto surge como resultado de la combinaci\u00f3n entre un programa funcional extenso, la apropiaci\u00f3n de un terreno angosto y largo, la b\u00fasqueda de aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo las <strong>visuales al lago<\/strong> y la <strong>maximizaci\u00f3n de la luz natural<\/strong>. Para lograr esto, dividimos el programa en diferentes unidades denominadas <strong>\u00abcajas\u00bb<\/strong> y las fuimos estratificando por niveles: planta baja, primero y segundo piso. La vinculaci\u00f3n entre ellas est\u00e1 dada por <strong>\u00abconectores\u00bb<\/strong> que rematan en vistas exteriores o funcionan como entradas de luz natural. \u00c9stos, a su vez, articulan las \u00abcajas\u00bb mediante el uso de vac\u00edos, generando tres \u00abestratos\u00bb cuyo apilamiento gener\u00f3 la volumetr\u00eda definitiva de la obra.<\/p>\n<p>En planta baja, estas \u00abcajas\u00bb contienen la cochera, el \u00e1rea de servicio, la cocina y el estar-comedor. En el primer piso, son cuatro y est\u00e1n compuestas por tres dormitorios en suite y el dormitorio principal con su ba\u00f1o y vestidor. Finalmente, en el segundo piso, la \u00abcaja\u00bb es un gran espacio de usos m\u00faltiples. Los \u00abconectores\u00bb son las vinculaciones horizontales y verticales entre las mismas y contienen el acceso, la escalera, el ascensor y las circulaciones en general.<\/p>\n<p>En s\u00edntesis, respecto al programa, se pidi\u00f3 una casa con un <strong>espacio social amplio e integrado<\/strong>, otro<strong> espacio social de uso m\u00e1s privado<\/strong> (para la pareja) y una serie de <strong>espacios de descanso<\/strong> (dormitorios) que tuvieran sus servicios y fueran bien independientes. De este modo, aparece el gran estar-comedor y la cocina, que se integra a trav\u00e9s de unos paneles corredizos, que se funden en el espacio exterior con una<strong> galer\u00eda semicubierta<\/strong> y desde donde no solo se tienen privilegiadas vistas al lago sino que tambi\u00e9n un <strong>contacto directo con el jard\u00edn, la pileta y el muelle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Como espacio social m\u00e1s privado, donde los propietarios pudieran desarrollar y compartir actividades recreativas como la m\u00fasica, la lectura y el cine, proponemos todo el segundo piso como el gran espacio de usos m\u00faltiples, que alberga la TV, el piano y una biblioteca. Cabe destacar que este lugar brinda la posibilidad de contemplar el paisaje desde otra perspectiva. Teniendo en cuenta la edad de los propietarios se coloc\u00f3 un ascensor para brindar f\u00e1cil accesibilidad a todos los niveles de la casa.<\/p>\n<p>Para reafirmar la idea arquitect\u00f3nica, program\u00e1tica y morfol\u00f3gica de un grupo de <strong>cajas apiladas articuladas por conectores de luz<\/strong>, se apel\u00f3 a diferentes materiales con diferentes texturas y colores. Por un lado, las \u00abcajas\u00bb son opacas, con perforaciones puntuales y acotadas y est\u00e1n materializadas en piedra o revestimientos pl\u00e1sticos. The construction limits at the front, back and sides which imposes the neighborhood regulations result in a very sparse cityscape with a high natural character. The background of this lot in particular overlooks a lake with a water surface of 24 hectares, which is the great articulator and protagonist of the urbanization.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The request was made by a couple of 70 years old who is semi retired of their work activity and specially enjoy the contact with nature in peaceful surroundings. Their family includes 3 children and 2 grandchildren who do not live with them but make regular visits, information that was relevant for the assembly of the program needs. The house is used permanently by two people but have to be prepared to host their children with their spouses and grandchildren.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The idea of the project is the result of the combination of an extensive functional program, the appropriation of a long narrow field, seeking to maximize the lake visuals and the natural light. To achieve this, we divide the program into different units called \u00abboxes\u00bb that were stratified by levels: ground floor, first and second floor. The link between them is given by \u00abconnectors\u00bb that have external views or function as inputs of natural light. At the same time , they articulate the \u00abboxes\u00bb using empty spaces and creating three \u00ablayers\u00bb which its stacking generates the final morphology of the work.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>In the ground floor, these \u00abboxes\u00bb contain the garage, the service area, the kitchen and the living-dining room . On the first floor, there are four and are composed of three bedrooms with bathroom each and the master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room. Finally, on the second floor, the \u00abbox\u00bb is a large multipurpose space. The \u00abconnectors\u00bb are the horizontal and vertical linkages between them and contain the access, the stairs, the elevator and the circulation in general.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>In summary, regarding the program, the owners wanted a house with a large and integrated social space, another social space for a much private use (for the couple) and a number of independent rest areas (bedrooms) with their services. For this purpose, we generate the great living-dining room and the kitchen , which is integrated through sliding panels, that merges with outer space from where not only you have spectacular views of the lake but also a direct contact with the garden, pool and dock.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>As more private social space, where the owners could develop and share recreational activities such as music, reading and cinema, we propose the entire second floor as the large multipurpose space that houses the TV, piano and library. Note that this place offers the chance to contemplate the landscape from a different perspective. Considering the age of the owners we also propose an elevator to provide easy accessibility to all levels of the house.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>To reaffirm the architectural, programmatic and morphological idea of \u200b\u200ba group of stacked boxes articulated by light connectors, we used different materials with different textures and colors. On the one hand, the \u00abboxes\u00bb are opaque, with limited and specific drillings and are materialized in stone or plastic coatings. On the other hand, the \u00abconnectors\u00bb are mostly of glass and aluminum and appear as light-harvesting ethereal spaces.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px; line-height: 0px;
