El refugio Ventolera adquiere su nombre debido a su enclave, ubicada en la zona m\u00e1s alta de una quebrada profunda, el refugio queda expuesto al corredor de viento que se genera y da su nombre, pero a la vez disfruta por esta misma condici\u00f3n de unas vistas privilegiadas. En ambos casos la exposici\u00f3n pasa a ser parte de la toma de partido que utiliza esta condici\u00f3n como una oportunidad de proyecto para construir una relaci\u00f3n estrecha con el paisaje donde se ubica en una zona dominada por una pendiente pronunciada en la cual predominan las afloraciones rocosas caracter\u00edsticas de la zona, esta caracter\u00edstica de la topograf\u00eda llev\u00f3 a tomar la decisi\u00f3n de separarse y sobrevolar un plano horizontal propio que desvinculara del terreno.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera el proyecto adquiere una condici\u00f3n de mirador, donde los espacios de cobijo se generan en el per\u00edmetro inmediato y todo el espacio principal interior se vuelca al paisaje. As well as inspiring its name, this exposure offers the refuge some amazing and exceptional views. In both cases the exposition becomes a part of the starting point of the project, how it is situated is an opportunity to build a closer relationship with the landscape.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Firstly, the project is placed in an area dominated by a steep slope amongst the rocks, which is a characteristic mark of the area. Indeed, it is due to this topography that we decided to elevate the construction through a horizontal level that sets itself apart from the land. Because of this, the project gains a viewpoint condition, the refuge spaces are generated in an immediate perimeter and the interior main space is focused on the landscape. It is about a big viewfinder that projects the interior to the horizon of the mountain range, in a game that tries to introduce the natural scenery inside the shelter, creating a panoramic experience.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Secondly, the topography offers two different positions. First, during the day the shelter is camouflaged because of the large window\u2019s reflection, giving privacy and transparency inside. While at night the opposite happens. In the living room we opted for the strategy of organizing hierarchically the volume above the floor extension, with a double height space that enhances the projection experience to the
