El proyecto se ubica en Villa Serrana, en una zona agreste y alejada de las \u00e1reas m\u00e1s calificadas de la urbanizaci\u00f3n y por tanto con infraestructuras precarias respecto del resto de la zona. Esta condici\u00f3n de austeridad que proviene de las propias infraestructuras disponibles brindaba al paisaje una sensaci\u00f3n silvestre o de ruralidad casi inexplorada que quer\u00edamos caba\u00f1a-refugio, de planta rectangular y techos inclinados que favorecen la amplitud en la espacialidad interior a la vez que ocupan una funci\u00f3n ideal para el escurrimiento y recolecci\u00f3n de aguas pluviales.<\/p>\n<p>Para incorporar el programa de la vivienda se decidi\u00f3 optar por una planta simple en base a una organizaci\u00f3n sim\u00e9trica apenas distorsionada por las reparticiones interiores de los extremos.<\/p>\n<p>El espacio central, pasante y conectado plenamente en sus caras longitudinales con el exterior a partir de dos grandes ventanales corredizos, corresponde al espacio social que est\u00e1 contenido en el sentido transversal por dos \u00abpar\u00e9ntesis\u00bb program\u00e1ticos que albergan diferentes instalaciones de la cocina y living. This condition of austerity that comes from the available infrastructures themselves gave the landscape a wild feeling or almost unexplored rurality that we wanted to take advantage of and enhance.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>In this sense, it was decided to use a language inspired by the typology of the \u00abbarn\u00bb or cabin-refuge, with a rectangular layout and sloping roofs that favor amplitude in the interior spatiality while occupying an ideal function for the runoff and collection of rainwater.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>To incorporate the housing program, it was decided to opt for a simple floor plan based on a symmetrical organization barely distorted by the interior distributions of the ends.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The central space, pass through and fully connected in its longitudinal faces with the outside by two large sliding windows, corresponds to the social space that is contained in the transversal sense by two programmatic \u00abparentheses\u00bb that house different facilities of the kitchen and living room. Behind these, at the ends of the assemblage, are located the rooms and the bathroom.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The constructive system used for the development of the project is based on traditional construction of foundations and exterior walling that was complemented by a light roof that was executed with steel beams and galvanized beams.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The interior was finished with
