Automation \/ Contract Workplaces (cortes)\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Para ello se seleccionaron tres pisos en el Edificio Bur\u00f3 4.0, un complejo edilicio ubicado en una zona de gran actividad comercial, corporativa y tur\u00edstica de Medell\u00edn que cuenta con una importante infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica destinada a colmar las necesidades de compa\u00f1\u00edas relacionadas con la innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El prop\u00f3sito de esta nueva oficina est\u00e1 orientado a proporcionar valor tanto a los clientes externos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda como a los clientes internos. La idea es ayudar a los empleados a ser m\u00e1s productivos conectando a la gente, los procesos y la tecnolog\u00eda; reflejar una imagen de marca renovada; reforzar el compromiso de responsabilidad social y atraer talento joven con un espacio de trabajo llamativo, alegre, innovador y con mucho sabor local.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto se desarroll\u00f3 sobre una superficie de 2.047 m2 distribuidos en tres plantas bajo un concepto al que denominamos Rockwell Rocks, un planteo que consiste en asignarles diferentes tipos de m\u00fasica rock a cada piso junto con un color distintivo.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto cuenta con 190 puestos de trabajo repartidos en dos niveles que incluyen el \u00e1rea operativa organizada en open plan, los puestos abiertos de los supervisores, las oficinas cerradas, las salas de reuniones con distintas capacidades, el Coffee Point y \u00e1reas de descanso. La gran cafeter\u00eda y el Town Hall se ubican en un piso separado.<\/p>\n<p>Teniendo en cuenta no solo cuestiones de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica sino tambi\u00e9n el bienestar de las personas, en la disposici\u00f3n del layout priorizamos la ubicaci\u00f3n de los escritorios del \u00e1rea operativa sobre el per\u00edmetro de la planta a fin de darles acceso a la luz natural y a las vistas. Las oficinas cerradas y las \u00e1reas de apoyo se organizaron hacia el interior de la misma.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la est\u00e9tica del proyecto, tomamos como referente la fluidez y la sinuosidad presentes en las oficinas de otras locaciones de la empresa. As\u00ed, plasmamos l\u00edneas curvas en la gr\u00e1fica de los frentes vidriados de las oficinas cerradas, en los muros, los puestos de trabajo y el pavimento de las circulaciones a fin de brindarle al proyecto una sensaci\u00f3n de constante movilidad y dinamismo.<\/p>\n<p>La utilizaci\u00f3n de los colores institucionales en consonancia con el concepto Rocks ayuda a consolidar la imagen de la marca y los valores institucionales. La paleta elegida se complementa con acentos puntuales sobre ciertos elementos del mobiliario tales como los tapizados de algunas sillas y sof\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\"
