Con aislaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica eficiente se logra ahorrar hasta un 35% en el consumo de energ\u00eda y hasta un 70% en las facturas sobre la luz y el gas consumidos para climatizar un hogar.<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>Vidrios y carpinter\u00edas<\/strong><br \/>\nDoble vidriado herm\u00e9tico, carpinter\u00edas eficientes o con ruptura puente t\u00e9rmico, cortinas de enrollar o postigos.<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>Tipo de electrodom\u00e9sticos y gasodom\u00e9sticos<\/strong><br \/>\nArtefactos de climatizaci\u00f3n y otros electrodom\u00e9sticos etiquetados, calefones sin piloto e Iluminaci\u00f3n LED.<\/p>\n<p>5. <strong>Energ\u00edas Renovables<\/strong><br \/>\nCalefones solares (colectores solares) y paneles fotovoltaicos.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00abLa aislaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica eficiente es fundamental para asegurar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica de cualquier vivienda, ya que ayuda a mantener una temperatura confortable en el interior, reduciendo la p\u00e9rdida de calor en invierno y el ingreso de calor en verano. Por lo tanto, no solo estamos mejorando el confort de los habitantes del hogar, sino que tambi\u00e9n contribuimos al ahorro energ\u00e9tico y a la reducci\u00f3n de emisiones de CO2\u00bb<\/em>, comenta <strong>Federico Garc\u00eda Zu\u00f1iga<\/strong>, consultor t\u00e9cnico de <strong>Andima<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Cuantas m\u00e1s de las condiciones mencionadas cumpla una vivienda y en el orden establecido, m\u00e1s eficiente energ\u00e9ticamente va a ser, lo que en consecuencia conlleva muchos beneficios para sus habitantes.<\/p>\n<p>Tomarse el trabajo de hacer este <strong>check list<\/strong> antes de decidirse por alquilar, comprar o remodelar una vivienda es clave y otorga <strong>importantes beneficios<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Tener capacidad de ahorro<\/strong>: el gasto que supone en la econom\u00eda familiar una vivienda poco sostenible es alt\u00edsimo. Las viviendas que por ejemplo no tienen un buen aislamiento t\u00e9rmico eficiente pueden perder, el 40% de la energ\u00eda por el techo, un 30% por los muros, un 20% por las carpinter\u00edas y un 10% por el suelo.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Lograr un buen confort t\u00e9rmico y buena salud y de calidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Colaborar con el cuidado del planeta<\/strong>: minimizando el consumo de recursos y la utilizaci\u00f3n de energ\u00edas limpias, sin contaminar ni malgastar la energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El desaf\u00edo est\u00e1 en que el sector de la construcci\u00f3n tenga en cuenta m\u00e9todos y pr\u00e1cticas que hagan a una vivienda m\u00e1s eficiente, pero, por otro lado, que los consumidores cuenten con toda la informaci\u00f3n necesaria
