surge de la proyecci\u00f3n de una serie de l\u00edneas hacia el sitio de intervenci\u00f3n, tanto de la geometr\u00eda del sitio como de la casa existente. La huella del pabell\u00f3n es una consecuencia directa de la lectura del contexto inmediato.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programa<\/strong><br \/>El pabell\u00f3n alberga un \u00e1rea de comedor, bar, sala de TV y \u00e1rea de billar. Al aire libre se compone de una terraza con asador y un anfiteatro que a la vez funciona como escaleras para acceder al jard\u00edn posterior o principal, ya que el edificio se encuentra enterrado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Respeto al entorno<\/strong><br \/>Para respetar los niveles de desplante actuales de la casa, as\u00ed como la vegetaci\u00f3n, se dise\u00f1\u00f3 en base al respeto de la vegetaci\u00f3n existente y generando m\u00e1s \u00e1rea verde bajo el formato de una azotea verde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conceptos<\/strong><br \/>Dise\u00f1o atemporal: sobrio en el exterior y con una dualidad expresiva en el interior.<br \/>Materiales naturales: concreto aparente en el exterior y una mezcla de materiales en el interior.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Condicionantes del proyecto<\/strong><br \/>M\u00ednima intervenci\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea verde.<br \/>Autonom\u00eda funcional del pabell\u00f3n.<br \/>Altura del pabell\u00f3n no mayor al antepecho del ventanal del antecomedor.<br \/>Relaci\u00f3n con la naturaleza: conservar un encino verde en el centro del \u00e1rea de intervenci\u00f3n.<br \/>Reconocimiento de la arquitectura de la casa existente mediante la diferenciaci\u00f3n formal y material.<br \/>Materialidad: uso de materiales naturales y puros.<\/p>\n<p>El Pabell\u00f3n MF es un ejemplo de dise\u00f1o atemporal que se integra armoniosamente con la naturaleza. It is subtly and strategically integrated into the house, creating a new form of productive and complementary coexistence without disturbing the hierarchy of the house.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Design and context<\/strong><br \/><\/em><em>The design of the pavilion arises from the projection of a series of lines towards the site of intervention, both from the geometry of the site and from the existing house. The footprint of the pavilion is a direct consequence of the reading of the immediate context.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Program<\/strong><br \/><\/em><em>The pavilion houses a dining area, bar, TV lounge and billiards area. Outdoors it consists of a terrace with a barbecue and an amphitheater that also functions as stairs to access the rear or main garden, since the building is buried.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Respect for the environment<br \/><\/em><\/strong><em>In order to respect the current levels of the house, as well as the vegetation, it was designed based on respect for the existing vegetation and generating more green area under the format of a green roof.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Concepts<\/em><\/strong><br \/><em>Timeless design: sober on the outside and expressive duality on the inside.<\/em><br \/><em>Natural materials: exposed concrete on the outside and a mix of materials on the inside.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Constraints of the project<\/em><\/strong><br \/><em>Minimal intervention in the green area.<\/em><br \/><em>Functional autonomy of the pavilion.<\/em><br \/><em>Height of the pavilion not greater than the parapet of the window of the ante-dining room.<\/em><br \/><em>Relationship with nature: keep a green oak tree in the center of the intervention area.<\/em><br \/><em>Recognition of the architecture of the existing house through formal and material differentiation.<\/em><br \/><em>Materiality: use of natural and pure materials.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The MF Pavilion is an example of timeless design that blends harmoniously with nature.
