\/>El espacio a dise\u00f1ar se sent\u00eda bastante frio e industrial de entrada, delimitado por una imponente envolvente de vidrio de suelo a techo, firmada por el equipo de arquitectura OMA del arquitecto neerland\u00e9s Rem Koolhaas, y con unas espectaculares vistas a la periferia de la ciudad de Amsterdam, llena de autov\u00edas y nuevas construcciones, vistas que se convert\u00edan sin duda en el protagonista principal del espacio.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los retos principales de este proyecto fue transformar este espacio en una atmosfera diametralmente opuesta: un espacio c\u00e1lido, selv\u00e1tico y envolvente, que contrastara con la dureza de la ciudad, dej\u00e1ndola en un segundo t\u00e9rmino.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Propuesta de dise\u00f1o<\/strong><br \/>Sobre una envolvente eminentemente verde, conformada por el pavimento de inspiraci\u00f3n org\u00e1nica y la abundante vegetaci\u00f3n, incorporamos unos elementos de madera texturizados y con formas onduladas, que funcionan como bancos y separadores, y evocan una sensaci\u00f3n de bosque denso, mientras brindan calidez y al espacio.<\/p>\n<p>Estas piezas de formas curvil\u00edneas nos ayudan a zonificar el espacio, generando recorridos sinuosos y sugerentes que invitan al cliente a recorrer el espacio y a ir descubri\u00e9ndolo, a la vez que nos ayudan a romper la dureza del espacio inicial.<\/p>\n<p>En el techo, y tras acceder al restaurante bajo un techo colorido lleno de plantas, los hu\u00e9spedes son acompa\u00f1ados por un elemento curvil\u00edneo suspendido y de acabado reflectante que se asemeja a un r\u00edo tropical.<\/p>\n<p>Esta forma serpenteante abraza grupos de l\u00e1mparas de vidrio centelleantes, y vegetaci\u00f3n diversa, contribuyendo a crear capas y profundidad dentro de esta atmosfera selv\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>Los acabados reflectantes en elementos de metal, vidrio y cer\u00e1micos, evocando el agua, desempe\u00f1an un papel crucial en la creaci\u00f3n de la atm\u00f3sfera de una selva tropical, completando los reflejos de la propia fachada de vidrio del edificio.<\/p>\n<p>Estos elementos, junto con una iluminaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, buscan generar contraste entre elementos c\u00e1lidos y frescos.<\/p>\n<p>El otro gran protagonista de este paisaje, son los colores vibrantes y c\u00e1lidos que salpican el espacio en las piezas de mobiliario y bancos, inspirados en frutas tropicales, aves y lores, a menudo representadas en el arte latinoamericano.<\/p>\n<p>El otro gran elemento de color es el frente del ondulado bar que envuelve la cocina abierta, revestido de azulejos coloridos que recuerdan a los patrones de los tejidos tradicionales latinoamericanos.<\/p>\n<p>Esta gran barra recorre todo el espacio, desde el acceso hasta los reservados en la zona m\u00e1s privada, activando todo el restaurante gracias a su incansable actividad, que incorpora zona de bebidas y la gran cocina abierta al comedor.<\/p>\n<p>La fachada de vidrio de suelo a techo est\u00e1 parcialmente cubierta con paneles elaborados de mimbre, cuerda y madera, filtrando la luz solar como si de hojas o ramas se tratara. The restaurant&#8217;s design complements this culinary offering, blending organic shapes, natural materials, and vibrant colors to create a lush, exotic experience.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Starting point<\/em><\/strong><br \/><em>The initial space felt cold and industrial, enclosed by a striking floor-to-ceiling glass fa\u00e7ade designed by the architectural team OMA, led by Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas. It boasted spectacular views of Amsterdam&#8217;s outskirts, filled with highways and new constructions, making the view of the city the main focus. One of the primary challenges was transforming this space into a warm, jungle-like environment that contrasted with the city&#8217;s hardness.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Design Proposal<\/em><\/strong><br \/><em>Set against a predominantly green backdrop, featuring organic-inspired flooring and abundant vegetation, we incorporated textured wooden elements with undulating shapes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>These elements function as benches and dividers, evoking a dense forest sensation while adding warmth to the space.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The curvilinear pieces help zone the restaurant, creating winding and inviting paths that encourage exploration and soften the space&#8217;s initial harshness.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Upon entering the restaurant beneath a colourful, plant-filled ceiling, guests are greeted by a suspended, reflective element resembling a tropical river.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This serpentine form embraces clusters of sparkling glass lamps and diverse vegetation, adding layers and depth to the jungle-like atmosphere.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Reflective finishes in metal, glass, and ceramics, reminiscent of water, play a crucial role in creating the tropical rainforest ambiance, complementing the reflections from the building&#8217;s glass fa\u00e7ade.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Strategic lighting highlights the contrast between warm and cool elements.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Vibrant, warm colours inspired by tropical fruits, birds, and flowers, often depicted in Latin American art, enliven the space through furniture and benches.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The bar&#8217;s undulating front, covered in colourful tiles reminiscent of traditional Latin American textiles, is another central colour element.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This grand bar extends throughout the restaurant, from the entrance to the private dining area, energizing the entire space with its lively activity, featuring a drinks area and an open kitchen visible
