Rehabilitaci\u00f3n del antiguo Colegio de Nuestra Se\u00f1ora del Rosario. La transformaci\u00f3n de las antiguas instalaciones del colegio en el nuevo CECOCRE ha sido realizada con una herramienta muy especial, una Escuela Taller integrada por 37 j\u00f3venes, que la escuela, con capacidad formativa exclusiva para las especialidades de alba\u00f1iler\u00eda, pintura de edificios, electricidad y jardiner\u00eda, fue el condicionante fundamental para plantear un proyecto que deb\u00eda ser compatible con ese particular abanico de recursos.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la obra, las antiguas instalaciones albergar\u00edan las actividades te\u00f3ricas y pr\u00e1cticas de la escuela y el propio discurso del programa de estudios dejar\u00eda a su paso las adaptaciones necesarias para convertir el lugar en el nuevo Centro del Conocimiento y la Creaci\u00f3n (CECOCRE) de Torre Pacheco. Una lectura apropiada ten\u00eda que identificar el programa de destino con las construcciones existentes y los oficios disponibles.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera se busc\u00f3 la reestructuraci\u00f3n de los espacios exteriores mediante el replanteamiento de la vegetaci\u00f3n en torno a las pistas deportivas, para retomar as\u00ed las conexiones con el resto del complejo EDUDIS, y se restableci\u00f3 la instalaci\u00f3n de los servicios en las antiguas aulas.<\/p>\n<p>La construcci\u00f3n del mobiliario de obra para exteriores insisti\u00f3 en el aprovechamiento del patio original del colegio como lugar natural de encuentro de las diversas actividades culturales que el edificio contiene, y los acabados pintados utilizaron patrones de camuflaje para llevar las zonas blandas a las duras y tapizar de car\u00e1cter dom\u00e9stico con matices de color, el potencial sal\u00f3n urbano.<\/p>\n<p>El centro tiene la suerte de haber nacido de una colaboraci\u00f3n entre recursos que permanec\u00edan latentes por estar desaparejados. La configuraci\u00f3n actual es fruto directo del trabajo de unos j\u00f3venes agentes que ante la oportunidad de acceder a una formaci\u00f3n especializada y un empleo, se involucraron \u00edntimamente en el proceso. La arquitectura se hizo eco literalmente de la transformaci\u00f3n que ellos vivieron, y transmite en su forma una vocaci\u00f3n social de la que el nuevo programa tambi\u00e9n es
