El proyecto se bas\u00f3 en el reciclaje de una antigua casona de principios del siglo XX, ubicada en una concurrida esquina c\u00e9ntrica de Villa Mar\u00eda, ciudad del interior de C\u00f3rdoba, Argentina. Esta construcci\u00f3n que data del a\u00f1o 1908 mantiene la impronta de \u00e9poca, donde el objetivo fue lograr un lenguaje totalizador tanto en el exterior como el interior, combinando elementos y materiales contempor\u00e1neos acordes con la nueva est\u00e9tica, pero en armon\u00eda con la construcci\u00f3n original.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-84164 gallery-columns-3 Cruz \/ EFEEME arquitectos (axonometria)\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>El proyecto se estructura en dos grandes sectores: el sal\u00f3n principal y la zona de servicios, ambos adaptados a las divisiones existentes de la construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La distribuci\u00f3n espacial del sal\u00f3n principal, se define por la adici\u00f3n de un entrepiso que balconea sobre la imponente doble altura del techo original y a su vez hace de marquesina al espacio de la barra en la planta baja.<\/p>\n<p>El entrepiso, un espacio angosto y m\u00e1s \u00edntimo, pero a su vez conectado visual y espacialmente, busca emular la est\u00e9tica de los antiguos balcones coloniales y genera el peso visual necesario para equilibrar la proporci\u00f3n espacial. Dos murales de grandes dimensiones le otorgan color, textura y dinamismo a toda la composici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para dotar de escala al sal\u00f3n principal se propuso una serie de l\u00e1mparas suspendidas con altura variable distribuidas en casi la totalidad de su superficie, elementos que moldean el espacio y otorgan al usuario, simult\u00e1neamente, una sensaci\u00f3n de amplitud y resguardado en planta baja y un efecto et\u00e9reo desde el entrepiso.<\/p>\n<p>La iluminaci\u00f3n indirecta otorgada por estas luminarias enaltecen la est\u00e9tica de tirantear\u00eda de madera y bovedillas del techo original encontrado en \u00f3ptimas condiciones de conservaci\u00f3n. Cuatro tragaluces circulares sobre el sector de la escalera refuerzan el paso de luz natural durante el d\u00eda a este sector.<\/p>\n<p>Las terminaciones, los detalles y el mobiliario en general son el perfecto contraste entre lo vintage y lo moderno, combinando paredes de ladrillo crudo, revestimiento de madera decapada, cielorraso de chapa oxidada, piezas de hierro, madera y tapizados de diversos estampados con acentos de iluminaci\u00f3n, color y vegetaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El restobar es el segundo encargo del mismo comitente con 6 a\u00f1os de diferencia. La g\u00e9nesis proyectual surge a partir de una dial\u00e9ctica est\u00e9tico\/conceptual entre la b\u00fasqueda que inspiro y dio origen al nombre del primer bar Crist\u00f3bal de la Cruz [por Crist\u00f3bal Col\u00f3n] y su segundo emprendimiento Isabel de la Cruz [por Isabel la Cat\u00f3lica].<\/p>\n<p>Isabel de la Cruz deb\u00eda representar una mujer\/reina trasgresora, resiliente e ic\u00f3nica. La materializaci\u00f3n incorpora elementos y colores que pueden asociarse con facilidad a esta premisa.<\/p>\n<p>La distribuci\u00f3n general de planta baja se encuentra sectorizada por mobiliarios fijos tipo living, realizados a partir de tubos de espuma de polietileno expandido (comercializados como flota flota) forrados con telas con dise\u00f1os de autor\u00eda propia.<\/p>\n<p>La corona del cielorraso en planta baja sufre una metamorfosis mat\u00e9rica y morfol\u00f3gica hasta transformarse en una imponente ara\u00f1a de influencias barrocas realizada con mangueras pl\u00e1sticas, agua con tintura anilina e iluminaci\u00f3n tipo led, vinculando con dinamismo y continuidad narrativa ambas plantas.<\/p>\n<p>Las tramas romboidales se evidencian en diferentes escalas y materialidades, son un elemento narrativo que se despliega desde el exterior al interior. Al tratarse de materiales y composiciones de alta densidad, optamos por contrastarlo con muros lisos que tienen un degradee de color realizado artesanalmente desde el cielorraso al piso que permitan un dialogo y no una competencia con los elementos estructurales del espacio.<\/p>\n<p>El piso, las tapas de las mesas, la escalera y la mesada del bar fueron realizados con terrazo de dise\u00f1os y colores pensados espec\u00edficamente para este proyecto dentro del mismo esquema compositivo.<\/p>\n<p>El restobar ocupa la totalidad del lote y se concibe como un contenedor permeable que dialoga con la din\u00e1mica del sector peatonal que lo circunda. El gran ventanal de planta baja, hace de carta de presentaci\u00f3n desde el exterior evidenciando al usuario lo que sucede en el interior, creando situaciones interesantes para ver y ser vistos.<\/p>\n<p>El velo que reviste la fachada existente, hace de tamiz y parasol, cualificando y revelando intersticios del interior de planta alta, sector de caracter\u00edsticas mas privadas, a la vez que enaltece y otorga de escala la esquina del paseo peatonal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9todo de comunicaci\u00f3n peatonal<\/strong><br \/>La comunicaci\u00f3n desde sus logo e isotipo emula el mismo sistema conformado por una trama y fondo cuya naturaleza esta expresada a trav\u00e9s del ave f\u00e9nix. Two large murals give color, texture and dynamism to the entire composition.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>To give scale to the main hall, a series of suspended lamps with variable height distributed over almost its entire surface was proposed, elements that shape the space and give the user, simultaneously, a feeling of spaciousness and shelter on the ground floor and an ethereal effect from the mezzanine.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The indirect lighting provided by these luminaires enhances the aesthetics of wooden braces and vaults of the original ceiling found in optimal conditions of conservation. Four circular skylights over the staircase sector reinforce the passage of natural light during the day to this sector.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The finishes, details and furniture in general are the perfect contrast between vintage and modern, combining raw brick walls, pickled wood cladding, rusty sheet metal ceiling, iron pieces, wood and upholstery of various patterns with accents of lighting, color and vegetation.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The restobar is located on a busy corner in the downtown area of Villa Mar\u00eda, C\u00f3rdoba, Argentina. It is the second commission from the same client 6 years apart.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The genesis of the project arises from an aesthetic\/conceptual dialectic between the search that inspired and gave rise to the name of the first bar Crist\u00f3bal de la Cruz [after Christopher Columbus] and his second venture Isabel de la Cruz [after Isabel the Catholic].<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Isabel de la Cruz had to represent a transgressive, resilient and iconic woman\/queen. The materialization incorporates elements and colors that can be easily associated with this premise.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The general distribution of the ground floor is sectored by fixed living-type furniture, made from expanded polyethylene foam tubes (marketed as flota flota) lined with fabrics with designs of their own authorship. The crown of the ceiling on the ground floor undergoes a material and morphological metamorphosis until it is transformed into an imposing chandelier of baroque influences made with plastic hoses, water with aniline dye and LED lighting, linking both floors with dynamism and narrative continuity.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The rhomboidal plots are evident in different scales and materialities, they are a narrative element that unfolds from the outside to the inside. As these are high-density materials and compositions, we chose to contrast it with smooth walls that have a color gradient made by hand from the ceiling to the floor that allow a dialogue and not a competition with the structural elements of the space.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The floor, the table tops, the staircase and the bar counter were made with terrazzo of designs and colors designed specifically for this project within the same compositional scheme.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The restobar occupies the entire lot and is conceived as a permeable container that dialogues with the dynamics of the pedestrian sector that surrounds it. The large window on the ground floor acts as a letter of introduction from the outside, showing the user what is happening inside, creating interesting situations to see and be seen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The veil that covers the existing fa\u00e7ade acts as a sieve and parasol, qualifying and revealing interstices of the interior of the upper floor, a sector with more private characteristics, while enhancing and giving scale to the corner of the pedestrian walkway.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pedestrian communication method<\/em><\/strong><br \/><em>The communication from its logo and isotype emulates the same system made up of a plot and background whose nature is expressed through the phoenix. The bathrooms are unisex and are full of small details that always raise the same political discourse: Where love reigns, laws are superfluous.<\/em><\/p>\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px;
