Bueu y muy pr\u00f3ximo a la playa de Beluso, en la costa sur de la r\u00eda de Pontevedra, se sit\u00faa la peque\u00f1a playa de <strong>La Roiba<\/strong>, donde el arquitecto coru\u00f1\u00e9s <strong>Ram\u00f3n V\u00e1zquez Molez\u00fan<\/strong> (1922-1993), construy\u00f3 a finales de los sesenta una peque\u00f1a vivienda para disfrute de su familia durante el periodo estival.<\/p>\n<div Roiba\u00bb\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Este peque\u00f1o refugio constituye una de las obras m\u00e1s relevantes de la arquitectura moderna del siglo XX en Espa\u00f1a. Todo un ejemplo de sostenibilidad, adaptaci\u00f3n y respeto hacia su entorno y hacia la escala del paisaje, tomando como base y cimentaci\u00f3n parte de los muros de mamposter\u00eda de granito de una f\u00e1brica de salazones preexistente.<\/p>\n<p>En esta vivienda nada es convencional: la planta s\u00f3tano es un pa\u00f1ol que se inunda cuando suben las mareas, las estancias son camarotes que durante el d\u00eda permanecen abiertos y se conectan en un espacio unitario, diferentes sistemas de poleas abren y cierran compuertas y las cubiertas recogen agua de lluvia para su reutilizaci\u00f3n. Es decir, \u00abLa Roiba\u00bb es un barco varado en las rocas de la playa. Un barco que siempre ha abierto y siempre abrir\u00e1 sus puertas a todo aquel que quiera visitarlo.<\/p>\n<p>Un informe realizado por el grupo Retineo, empresa especializada en ingenier\u00eda y ejecuci\u00f3n de obras de rehabilitaci\u00f3n con complejidad t\u00e9cnica y organizativa, y experiencia en ambientes marinos, ha confirmado el preocupante estado de la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Se plantea una intervenci\u00f3n en 2 fases, no alterando el dise\u00f1o de la vivienda y empleando materiales no susceptibles de deterioro en ambientes agresivos, de forma que la durabilidad de la reparaci\u00f3n pueda alcanzar los 25 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLa Roiba\u00bb dif\u00edcilmente podr\u00eda aguantar otro fuerte temporal como aquellos que tuvieron lugar durante los dos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Por ello, es necesario llevar a cabo la Fase 1 lo antes posible, una vez finalizado el verano y antes de la \u00e9poca de temporales que puede iniciarse a partir de octubre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLa Roiba\u00bb siempre ha permanecido habitada y conservada por sus due\u00f1os, la familia de Ram\u00f3n V\u00e1zquez Molez\u00fan. A pesar de sus esfuerzos, la necesaria reparaci\u00f3n supone un coste que actualmente no pueden afrontar. Esta vivienda siempre ha estado y siempre estar\u00e1 abierta a todo aquel interesado en visitarla.<\/p>\n<p>Se podra apoyar el proyecto a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma de crowdfunding que funcionar\u00e1 exclusivamente desde el 27 de junio hasta el 29 de julio de 2014. A cambio de una aportaci\u00f3n se ofrecen interesantes recompensas de edici\u00f3n limitada y numerada.<\/p>\n<p>Se podran seguir los avances del proyecto, as\u00ed como de la reparaci\u00f3n de la \u00abLa Roiba\u00bb a lo largo de estos dos a\u00f1os a trav\u00e9s del sitio web de la iniciativa.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto ha sido desarrollado y coordinado por los arquitectos Mar\u00eda V\u00e1zquez Molez\u00fan, Jes\u00fas Gallo y Pablo Olalquiaga.<\/p>\n<p>Colaboran en el equipo a los arquitectos Nuria Prieto, \u00c1lvaro Mallo, Jorge Salgado, Borja L\u00f3pez Cotelo, Mar\u00eda Olmo
