Workplaces (planta)\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Desde el inicio, el reto fue claro: crear un espacio flexible, humano y tecnol\u00f3gicamente avanzado, sin perder la esencia cercana y vibrante de una compa\u00f1\u00eda en constante transformaci\u00f3n. La clave del proceso fue el modelo de co-creaci\u00f3n: el cliente no fue un espectador, sino un protagonista en cada etapa del dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>El inmueble seleccionado presentaba desaf\u00edos importantes: una planta irregular, baja entrada de luz natural en ciertos sectores y una estructura r\u00edgida que limitaba las intervenciones dr\u00e1sticas. A ello se sumaban una alta expectativa en t\u00e9rminos de sostenibilidad, bienestar y tecnolog\u00eda, todo sin comprometer los tiempos de obra ni el presupuesto.<\/p>\n<p>Durante una serie de workshops colaborativos con l\u00edderes y equipos de Zelestra, se identificaron necesidades clave: \u00e1reas de colaboraci\u00f3n multifuncionales capaces de adaptarse a las din\u00e1micas del d\u00eda, espacios de concentraci\u00f3n individual, una identidad visual integrada al dise\u00f1o y la presencia de naturaleza interior como s\u00edmbolo de crecimiento y bienestar.<\/p>\n<p>Este proceso permiti\u00f3 alinear expectativas, requerimientos y posibilidades t\u00e9cnicas desde el inicio, lo cual redujo los retrasos y aument\u00f3 el compromiso con el resultado final.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto, \u00edntegramente desarrollado por Contract Workplaces sobre una superficie de 348 m2, se articul\u00f3 en torno al concepto de \u00abEnerg\u00eda Viva\u00bb, que no solo refuerza el compromiso de Zelestra con la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica, sino que transforma el espacio corporativo en una herramienta narrativa: cada rinc\u00f3n cuenta c\u00f3mo la empresa genera energ\u00eda, conecta comunidades y aporta al desarrollo sostenible de Colombia.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00e1rea operativa, configurada en open plan con puestos asignados, se ubic\u00f3 sobre el per\u00edmetro mayor de la planta para aprovechar la luz natural y las vistas, mientras que las oficinas cerradas y los phone booths se dispusieron junto al n\u00facleo de servicios.<\/p>\n<p>El programa se complet\u00f3 con salas de reuniones de diferentes capacidades, un coffee point y un \u00e1rea colaborativa estrat\u00e9gicamente situada en la intersecci\u00f3n entre el open plan y los despachos privados.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la est\u00e9tica del proyecto, se utiliz\u00f3 una paleta crom\u00e1tica derivada del branding de Zelestra, aplicada con sutileza para evitar la saturaci\u00f3n visual: verde esmeralda y amarillo solar -evocando la ecolog\u00eda, el sol y la energ\u00eda limpia-, con acentos en gris acero y blanco puro que expresan solidez y transparencia corporativa.<\/p>\n<p>Se prioriz\u00f3 el uso de materiales naturales como la madera certificada, integrada con vegetaci\u00f3n viva y textiles org\u00e1nicos. Un sistema de iluminaci\u00f3n cenital y lateral controlado por sensores maximiza la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y el confort.<\/p>\n<p>El resultado super\u00f3 las expectativas: las nuevas oficinas no solo optimizaron la productividad y el bienestar del equipo, sino que tambi\u00e9n se convirtieron en una herramienta activa para la atracci\u00f3n de talento y el fortalecimiento de la cultura interna.<\/p>\n<p>El cliente expres\u00f3 su satisfacci\u00f3n al sentirse coautor del espacio, reconociendo c\u00f3mo cada decisi\u00f3n tomada durante la co-creaci\u00f3n se traduce hoy en la experiencia cotidiana de sus colaboradores.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto de Zelestra es testimonio de c\u00f3mo la co-creaci\u00f3n puede transformar un dise\u00f1o en una historia compartida. Aiming to strengthen its presence in Bogot\u00e1, the company sought an office space that would reflect its innovative identity, collaborative culture, and commitment to the well-being of its team.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>From the beginning, the challenge was clear: to create a flexible, human, and technologically advanced environment without losing the warm, vibrant spirit of a company in constant transformation. The key to the process was the co-creation model: the client was not a spectator, but a central participant in every stage of the design.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The chosen building presented significant challenges: an irregular floor plan, limited natural light in some areas, and a rigid structure that constrained major interventions. On top of that, the project had high expectations in terms of sustainability, well-being, and technology, all without compromising deadlines or budget.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Through a series of collaborative workshops with Zelestra&#8217;s leadership and teams, key needs were identified: multifunctional collaborative areas that could adapt to daily dynamics, spaces for individual focus, an integrated visual identity, and the presence of interior greenery as a symbol of growth and well-being. This process helped align expectations, requirements, and technical possibilities from the start, reducing delays and increasing commitment to the final result.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The project, fully developed by Contract Workplaces across 348 m2, was built around the concept of \u00abLiving Energy\u00bb. This not only reinforces Zelestra&#8217;s commitment to energy transition but also transforms the corporate space into a storytelling tool: every corner illustrates how the company generates energy, connects communities, and contributes to Colombia&#8217;s sustainable development.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The open-plan work area, with assigned desks, was placed along the longer perimeter of the floor to make the most of natural light and views, while enclosed offices and phone booths were located near the service core. The program was completed with meeting rooms of various sizes, a coffee point, and a collaborative zone strategically placed at the intersection between the open area and private offices.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>As for the project&#8217;s aesthetics, the color palette was drawn from Zelestra&#8217;s branding, applied with subtlety to avoid visual saturation: emerald green and solar yellow -evoking ecology, the sun, and clean energy- accented by steel gray and pure white to express corporate solidity and transparency.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The use of natural materials was prioritized, including certified wood, live plants, and organic textiles. A top and side lighting system controlled by sensors maximizes energy efficiency and comfort.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The result exceeded expectations: the new office not only enhanced team productivity and well-being, but also became a powerful tool for attracting talent and strengthening the company&#8217;s internal culture. The client expressed great satisfaction in feeling like a co-author of the space, recognizing how each decision made during the co-creation process is now reflected in the day-to-day experience of its employees.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The Zelestra project stands as proof of how co-creation can turn design into a shared story.
