Mientras tanto, las categor\u00edas Est\u00e1ndar Superior y Alta Gama tuvieron ambas un alza del 1,5%. Instalaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica fue el rubro cuya suba tuvo mayor influencia en el aumento del costo total de cada categor\u00eda, con un promedio del 3,7% en las tres tipolog\u00edas de oficina. Dentro de la categor\u00eda Est\u00e1ndar B\u00e1sico los rubros Tabiquer\u00eda vidriada e Instalaci\u00f3n de voz y datos aumentaron un 5% respecto del mes de abril, transform\u00e1ndose as\u00ed, luego de la Instalaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica, en dos de los rubros con mayor incidencia en el aumento del costo de las oficinas para esta categor\u00eda. Este indicador es calculado en base a tres categor\u00edas de oficinas clasificadas seg\u00fan la calidad en sus terminaciones e instalaciones t\u00e9cnicas en: Est\u00e1ndar B\u00e1sico, Est\u00e1ndar Superior y Alta Gama.<\/p>\n<p>Esta herramienta ofrece informaci\u00f3n fundamental para las empresas que est\u00e1n evaluando una ampliaci\u00f3n, refuncionalizaci\u00f3n o mudanza de sus oficinas, ya que les permite calcular anticipadamente el monto de la inversi\u00f3n a asumir. Asimismo, brinda informaci\u00f3n relevante para profesionales, brokers inmobiliarios y otros actores del rubro.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00abMuchos de nuestros clientes son empresas globales. Las estrategias de renovaci\u00f3n, mudanza o ampliaci\u00f3n de sus oficinas provienen de una casa matriz que establece los presupuestos para cada pa\u00eds. El \u00cdndice Contract permite a estas organizaciones contar con valores de referencia para evaluar la inversi\u00f3n y proyectar presupuestos de manera m\u00e1s asertiva\u00bb<\/em>, comenta Victor Feingold, Ceo de Contract.<\/p>\n<p>En mayo, con un incremento promedio del 1,6%, el \u00edndice Contract volvi\u00f3 a verificar la tendencia al alza tal como se viene registrando en los \u00faltimos meses. La variaci\u00f3n registrada en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o m\u00f3vil fue de un 48% para la categor\u00eda Est\u00e1ndar B\u00e1sico, un 63% para la Est\u00e1ndar Superior y un 58% para las oficinas de Alta Gama.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00abHay que considerar que estos guarismos incluyen el pico registrado en el mes de enero de este a\u00f1o, en donde el impacto de la devaluaci\u00f3n del peso fue contundente\u00bb<\/em>, comenta Sergio Romaniuk, Gerente General de Contract Argentina.
