Green Grass Condesa (Colonia Condesa, Ciudad de México) por Taller David Dana (TDDA) y Faci Leboreiro. Ubicado en la colonia Condesa sobre la avenida Nuevo León. El proyecto consiste en la remodelación de un restaurante de dos niveles cuyo objetivo principal radicó en redefinir la imagen del lugar y organizar el programa arquitectónico existente.

Las características del espacio y de su contexto permitieron el desarrollo de un ambiente con la perfecta iluminación natural y vistas al exterior, otorgando frescura al ambiente y a la vez creando una atmósfera cómoda.
La fusión de madera natural, piedras y vegetación lograron un hermoso enfoque neutral en acabados modernos. La sencillez de su paleta de acabados enriquece los espacios.
De esta manera, Green Grass Condesa se concibe como un proyecto interesante en cuanto a su diseño interior y distribución, donde sus elementos se relacionan tanto a nivel funcional como estético, aportando identidad y carácter.

Located in the colonia Condesa on Avenida Nuevo Leon. This project consists of on the remodeling of a two-level restaurant whose main objective was to redefine the image of the place and re-organize the existing architectural program.
The characteristics of the space and its context allowed us to design an enviroment with adequate natural lighting and exterior views, giving freshness to the space and at the same time creating a comfortable atmosphere.
The balanced combination of wood, natural stones and vegetation achieves a gorgeous neutral take on modern finishes. The simplicity in the palette enriches every corner of the restaurant.
Therefor, Green Grass Condesa is conceived as an interesting project in terms of its interior design and distribution, where its elements are related both on a functional and on an aesthetic level, providing identity and character.
