Bar Rob Roy (Barranco, Lima, Perú) por Lee Arquitectos. Ubicado en la Av. Almirante Grau, en pleno corazón monumental de Barranco en Lima, Perú, Rob Roy se presenta como un bar de 120 m2 que traduce la sofisticación de un clásico cóctel escocés en una experiencia espacial.
El proyecto parte de la esencia del trago que le da nombre: una mezcla precisa, intensa y elegante. Esa referencia se convierte en guía conceptual para un diseño que privilegia la materialidad sobria y atemporal, con acentos que evocan la estética Old Fashion.
Los muros de la casona barranquina, restaurados y realzados con nuevas texturas, dialogan con acabados contemporáneos, construyendo un ambiente que oscila entre lo clásico y lo actual.
Más que un bar, Rob Roy se concibe como una experiencia sensorial. La iluminación tenue, los contrastes matéricos, la acústica cuidada y la propuesta gastronómica se integran en una puesta en escena envolvente, donde cada detalle apunta a despertar la memoria, el gusto y la emoción del visitante.
En un distrito cargado de historia y cultura, Rob Roy celebra la intersección entre tradición y modernidad, proponiendo un espacio que no solo sirve cócteles, sino que los traduce en arquitectura.

The walls of the Barranco house, restored and enhanced with new textures, dialogue with contemporary finishes, building an environment that oscillates between the classic and the modern.
More than a bar, Rob Roy is conceived as a sensory experience. The dim lighting, the material contrasts, the careful acoustics and the gastronomic proposal are integrated into an enveloping staging, where every detail aims to awaken the memory, taste and emotion of the visitor.
