Viñedo Donato (Querétaro, México) por DIN interiorismo. Donato es un viñedo ubicado en la zona de Bernal, en el estado de Querétaro en México, que busca darles a sus visitantes una experiencia que vaya más allá de lo que actualmente se ofrece en la zona. Su privilegiada ubicación a escasa hora y media de la Ciudad de México, le da una ventaja muy atractiva que está detonando un interés por todo lo que sucede en esta creciente población.
El proyecto que se hizo para Donato es un complejo que además de viñedo, incluye un salón de eventos para 850 personas, una tienda gourmet, dos restaurantes, una cava para visitantes en general y una cava especial para la familia. En todo el proyecto se pueden apreciar vistas magníficas a la Peña de Bernal, este emblemático punto de referencia, que está rodeado por las viñas y su caleidoscopio de colores y texturas durante todo el año.
Para el cliente fue muy importante que la arquitectura tradicional de la zona estuviera presente en todo el casco del complejo y aderezar los espacios con amplias terrazas abiertas, galerías de grandes arcos, muros de piedra y techos con bóvedas de ladrillo que envuelven al visitante con el sabor del de la región.
El equipo de DIN Interiorismo buscó que el proyecto de diseño de interiores fuera el correcto contraste contemporáneo para lograr un ambiente atemporal que se transforme de acuerdo con las necesidades que se van dando con el paso del tiempo y que simultáneamente sea la base que le dé la funcionalidad y el carácter propio que cada uno de los espacios y las actividades que en ellos se desarrollan requieran.
La madera es uno de los materiales protagónicos dando forma al mobiliario de exhibición y bodegas de las cavas, en combinación con muros blancos y en color tinto que enfatizan la tradición vinícola que siempre busca mantener el enlace con el rústico ambiente que le caracteriza. En el salón de eventos el plafón es el elemento que le da dinamismo al espacio y al mismo tiempo recibe al sistema de iluminación que permite crear todas las escenas necesarias para un evento del siglo XXI.
En Donato el exterior, el interior y el subsuelo invitan a los visitantes a recorrer hasta el último rincón seguros de que no hay un centímetro en el que no se sentirán identificados con su vocación enológica. El trabajo de Aurelio Vázquez y su equipo, logró que los distintos usos y servicios pudieran operar bajo el hilo conductor del interiorismo que crearon para este mundo dedicado al disfrute del vino y las experiencias que entorno a este giran.

Located in Bernal in the state of Querétaro in Mexico Donato is a vineyard that stands outs for offering its visitors an experience that goes beyond the local market. Its privileged location -an hour and a half from Mexico City- gives it a very attractive advantage that is triggering an interest in everything happening in developing area.
The project made for Donato is a complex that, in addition to the vineyard, includes an event hall for 850 people, a gourmet shop, two restaurants, and a cellar for visitors and a special one for the family. Throughout the project you can enjoy magnificent views of Peña de Bernal, this iconic rock landmark surrounded by vines and its kaleidoscope of colors and textures throughout the year.
It was very important for the client to maintain the area’s traditional architecture in the whole complex’s hull and to season the spaces with wide open terraces, galleries with large arches, stone walls and ceilings with brick vaults that surround the visitor with region’s savoir-faire.
DIN interiorismo’s team sought for the interior design project to be the right contemporary contrast to achieve a timeless environment that will be transformed according to the needs given over time and simultaneously be the basis that gives functionality and its own character to each space and the activities happening inside them.
Wood is one of the main materials shaping the display furniture and wine cellars and in combination with white walls and burgundy color emphasizes the winemaking tradition that always seeks to maintain the link with the rustic environment that characterizes it. In the event hall the plafond is the element that gives dynamism to the space and at the same time receives the lighting system to create all the necessary scenes for a XXI century event.
At Donato the exterior, interior and the subsoil invite the visitors to cover every nook and cranny with the certainty that there is not an inch where they will not feel identified with its oenology vocation. The work of Aurelio Vázquez and his team attained that the different uses and services may operate under the driving force of the interior design that they created for this life experience dedicated to the enjoyment of wine and the experiences revolving around it.
